One of the best experiences I've ever had, made sure I felt comfortable through the whole process. The expertise was amazing. And let's not talk about the results. the results was out of this world. read more

UPDATE: Their dental assistant filed my son's FRONT ADULT tooth. I held his hand as he cried. But bc the assistant didn't make a note and "he never had it happen in 20 years," Dr. O denied my son the excruciating pain he endured and refused to take responsibility. I had to ask several times for him to even look in his mouth to see what happened and then he reluctantly did so. read more

I loved my experience here. I replaced my retainer and my daughter is getting braces. They are so professional and accommodating!!

We have been customers for a few years for braces for our daughter. Never had a bad experience here with prompt service for our appointments, chill vibe, and care for my daughter. Def the place to go for braces!! read more

E&S Orthodontics - New wires! - Orthodontists Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

Not overly impressed with them. It's been over 6 weeks and still waiting. They don't keep you updated and if you want to know anything you have to call. Plus, dealing with pediatric patients how can you not have after school appointments? Wish I had shopped around for other places and gotten more estimates because $8500 is pretty expensive. I don't know why I went with them without shopping around read more

i've just been thinking about my life and looking back on my past. then i remember when i had braces...not going to lie i broke a few brackets BUT they stopped putting colors on my braces after a couple breaks. which i don't understand because it's MY money why do you guys care if my what color my braces were, did you think it was a punishment? because it didn't hurt my feelings like yall hurt my gums. read more

They provide so much care and care about their patients i genuinely felt comfortable and they made my baby so happy aswell

Really impressed with how well run this office is. Everyone is friendly, on top of it, explains things well and is overall pleasant.

I've been a patient for 7 years, the longest this practice has ever had. Through all the ups and downs in my progress, Yvonne and Dr. O have been incredible and were patient with the process. They've helped me through every step and made sure my teeth looks as great as it does now. 100% recommend this practice to anyone in need of orthodontic care. read more

The worst orthodontics I've ever been to. When my daughter first got her braces on they were not stable and they only put the color rubber bands on her top teeth. They had young kids working there who seemed super inexperienced! The billing office is horrible. Diana is all over the place and manually processes payments. She processed my very first payment on the incorrect date and tried to call me and say I had to pay with a debit card and incur an extra 3% fee. I then had to explain to her that it was her fault she processed the payment on the incorrect date. The second time she processed my payment she processed the incorrect amount. I thought to myself what the heck is going on here! They don't have an online portal for you to keep track of payments and even her manager Keli was horrible. When I told her I would give a bad review she told me I was making terroristic threats.. wow what a true Karen response!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! They blame you for their mistakes!! And service is not that great for all the hassle!! You will also find better prices elsewhere as well!!! read more

I couldn't be happier with my treatment from E&S. They are so professional, and my treatment has gone exactly as planned.Dr. O is awesome! I love how he wants everything to look perfect. Alex is wonderful! Always friendly and makes sure all my questions are answered. read more

I do love Dr. O! He's very knowledgeable, kind and love the fun environment and playful nature he has with his staff. I am rating 3 stars only due to scheduling. It can really be a pain to get scheduled as I work from 8-5 and live 45 minutes away. When I came in initially for treatment I was told if a wire brakes or if I have any discomfort just call the office and they'll get you in urgently, however that has not been my experience as the schedule is extremely booked most times. I recommend leaving a few time slots open throughout the day for emergency needs or unforeseen appointments. I have again called to request an earlier appointment due to extreme pain and been told next available appointment is in a week. I understand being busy and having many patients but would it kill you guys to say come in and we'll squeeze you in? In some situations you may need to make a special accommodation. I was told my tooth is sitting on a bone and should not be. Now I cannot bite down and even my lip rubbing against this tooth hurts. I hope I don't have a medical emergency due to this. read more

My experience here has been wonderful! My son and I are both receiving treatment and Dr O is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The entire office staff is so sweet and we always felt welcomed. The clinic is also beautiful and very clean! Selena has been the tech working with me at each appointment and she is the best! So gentle and caring. the lady involved with the financial side was very considerate and made sure we got the best prices for our family! read more

Have been with this practice since Dr Dykman owned it, when both of my sons were in elementary school. Now one of them is in college and the other is a Junior in High School and we are still happy clients. It's wonderful that E&S has kept the same friendly and upbeat atmosphere that we've known all along. We are always greeted with a smile and hygienist, Yvonne, now feels like a lifelong friend. It's heartwarming that her daughter, Elysse, who is also very efficient has joined the practice. Doctor E and staff, keep up the great work! read more

I have been going to to E& S orthodontics for 9 months now, and every single time I come in I always feel so welcomed. All the staff are extremely kind and attentive. They always make sure I leave satisfied and they're very detailed with what's going on with my teeth. Claudia has been working on my teeth since I came and she's so sweet and works so hard. The Doctors and staff here are superb. Definitely going to miss them when my treatment is over. read more

The staff is friendly. I liked the service that was provided and all was nice and clean .

I started my orthodontic care 5 years ago with Dr. Dykman & admit to being slightly trepidatious when he merged with Dr. Ousama's and E&S. After my major jaw surgery 3 years ago, I was pleased to discover that the merger was a perfect fit of two similar business cultures. All of the "new" folks are just as courteous, friendly & knowledgeable as Dr Dykman and his staff. They are conscious of schedule, getting patients in & out in a timely manner, so it was a "no brainer" to have them care for my son when it became his turn for braces. read more

Dr DYKMAN is so knowledgeable I am grateful I found him. Both of my boys come to him my 12 year old grinds his teeth. He is also missing 8 permanent teeth. Dr. DYKMAN has made a bite plate for him with a retainer attached. We love everyone there! We wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I highly recommend E&S Orthodontics! E&S has been taking excellent care of our son for the past two years and what started out as a mouthful of teeth reminiscent of Steve Buscemi is being expertly transformed into what is sure to become a beautiful set of perfectly straight chompers. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and everyone we've encountered has been extremely welcoming and kind. Special shout out to Becky and Dr. Ousama! read more

I absolutely loved the customer service for my braces and two of my sons. I also referred my adult daughter. I bought the retainer insurance for $700 for three sets of retainers. No one explained the 36 month expiration. Now when I go back they say its expired and I will have to pay $500 for new retainers. I basically gave them $700 free. They refuse to discount or do anything to work with me. I am very disappointed. read more

We came to E&S (formally Bullmoose) with both our children. The kindness and care we received is second to none. Even through the partnership transition we received stellar Orthodontic service. Thank you for taking such great care of our kiddos. read more

I've had such a great experience here at E&S Orthodontics. All of the staff are so sweet and helpful. I've had to reschedule a few times and they were very understanding and helped me reschedule as soon as possible. Every visit was extremely pleasant and I'd definitely recommend coming here! read more

I could not have asked for a better experience having braces than at E&S Orthodontics! I wore braces from 2012-2014, and Dr. Dykman and the rest of the staff were wonderful. The end result when I got my braces off was amazing, and due to the retainers and coming in every couple years to get my teeth checked out, my teeth still look the same this many years later! I fully recommend getting braces from here. read more

Got recommended by my dentist. Really happy with my result. Staffs are friendly and they work with your schedule. Highly recommended

We could not find many reviews on here but found more on Google for this practice, so we tried them. Ease of making an appt was good. They have several offices in various suburbs, and are only in the Chandler ofc certain days. It was a bit hard to find. Kind of hidden on the backside of an office complex. We walked in and like all the other orthodontists we have tried, there was an area with video games for the kids. They had us fill out our paperwork ahead of time. Decor was Batman-themed when we went. We waited for a bit and finally a girl came to get my son for xrays. She brought him back and I could barely understand her, though she was American. She was sweet; just didn't enunciate well and talked fast. She brought us to an exam room where another lady helped us. We waited there for the orthodontist for a bit. He finally came in and was very pleasant. He said he did not want to opt for my son get braces just yet; he wanted to continue to follow him for a bit and see him back in 6 mos to see progression of how his bone structure is growing in relation to how his teeth are coming out. He said if we got braces now, we may have to go thru it again at age 19 or so after puberty. I was so relieved to have found an honest dr who seemed to have the patient's best interest in mind. read more

I referred a second friend from work and they said because she didn't put it on the paperwork they can't do anything about it. Silly and unfortunate. When you first visit the associates are nice to you because they want to earn business but moving forward the staff was rude over the phone when I asked to schedule an appointment because my wire was poking. Their response was just add wax we can't see you for that. Later during the months one of the tech support was thinning my teeth with the floss and she hurt me and made my gums bleed I told her she was hurting me and if the Dr can do it she reply no she's almost done. She continued and made me bleed. My guns were sore and were bleeding for 3 days. My family said I should report it but I let it go. It wasn't the first time this process was done and the Dr never made me bleed he's professional and knows what he's doing. She shouldn't be performing the process if she's not going to be caring and knowledgeable . If that was someone's kid I'm sure she would have responded a different way. Very disappointed about me second referral. And how they handle it. I will never refer anyone to this location I'll make sure they take their business elsewhere. read more

E&S has been a great experience for our family! The entire process was thoroughly explained and there was no pressure to begin treatment. My daughter was excited to start her journey to a healthier smile with this office. All of our appointments have been on time. The office staff is a pleasure to work with and my daughter looks forward to her visits. The clean, inviting office and warm cookies are an added bonus! read more

We've been coming here for 4yrs for my son Logan they are the most amazing crew EVER!!!! Today is the day he gets his braces off !!!!!

We LOVE E&S Orthodontics!  This place is special, and if you are looking for an honest consultation and excellent care you have found the place!  Dr. Dykman is the most sincere orthodontist we have met.  Dr. Dykman puts patients before business.  His knowledge and expertise in wanting what is best for his patients are admirable.  There are a lot of places to choose from, but if we were still living in Arizona this is a no-brainer!  Dr. Dykman treated both our sons, and now living in California he is still active in helping us find the right plan for our daughter out of state!  That is dedication to his patients and family and we are extremely grateful for his whole team and how they continue to care for their patients. read more

Every appointment I left completely happy with my progress. Everyone worked so well together to make my teeth perfect!

I would never recommend them for any adult treatment. they told me 6 months ended up being 2 years. the doctors sit in office while girls sing and dance around and guess about your treatments. there was no continuity of treatment as the same ortho is seldom around so you will see someone different every time. they sold me a accelerant for $800 it broke in a week and they said no warranty They primarily work in California so if you have a bracket pop off or any issue you will be waiting for them to return to AZ. They run it like a puppy mill and if you miss appointment will reschedule you 5-6 weeks down the road. They insist you be on time and then you will be waiting in lobby 30-45 minutes every time. they charged me $6800 and I have to go continue treatment with another ortho paying additional $3200. if someone tells you to go there keep in mind they pay people a referral if you get someone else to sign up. I wish negative stars where a option. read more

Dr O and Dr Saavedra are both incredibly thorough and professional. I have referred 3 family members to them and they also agree! They have a great staff who always remember what's going on in my life- I don't know how they do it! They have an Xbox in the waiting room for kids to play while they wait (although there is hardly a wait) and fresh baked cookies. They also have my favorite, a keurig! This is an amazing office and the only place I would let a family or friend go to! read more
