Absolutely awful. What was supposed to be a 12 month program has now turned to almost 2 years. The people booking the appointments will schedule you when the doctor is not available and the staff does not have the ability to make adjustments. So then you're out for another 4 to 6 weeks to get an adjustment I made and have lost that time. It has been a revolving door of people treating us throughout the process. I would not recommend that anyone utilizes them for any long-term treatments. Absolute waste of time and money. If you do decide to give them a try, you have to make sure that any appointments are with a doctor and not anyone else. read more

After 40 plus years, I had lived with separations between my upper teeth, most notably my two fronts. Going to Quicksmiles was one of the best decisions of my life. They did a phenomenal job of giving me the smile I had always desired. Britney was absolutely committed to making sure my teeth were aligned and photogenic. This review is for faith and quicksmiles. I've kissed a few frogs on the ortho front in the east valley and I know what I'm looking at. This shop is the best - Faith was able to move me through imaging to fitting in 2 short sessions (even for a fairly complex correction). At every turn Faith explained what was happening and what that means to me. In addition, they really make every effort to be as "light touch" as possible meaning that over the course of a year I'll only go in a handful of times. far lower maintenance then allot of others claim. The difference is faith and the QuickSmiles team have an in home iPhone protocol to keep it all on the rails. A+ QS and especially Faith! read more

I came across this place on my way out of the movies and am so glad I did! Making an initial appointment was easy and there was no waiting time once I arrived. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. I filled out the paperwork ahead of time and that made them aware I was pregnant. Maddie was a step ahead and had called my dentist office and had my X-rays sent over so they wouldn't have to repeat them there. I was surprised by their efficiency. They did the scan on my teeth and created a personalized plan that suited my needs.There was no pressure to buy right away. The whole process was explained in great detail. I ended up ordering my trays that day and was surprised at how fast they arrived. Excited to see results as I'm just starting my treatment. read more

All I can say is WOW. QuickSmiles is absolutely incredible and we highly recommend it to anyone who needs braces! Not only is it way more affordable than metal braces, but it's 1000x more convenient. The SmileScan is completely free (plus we got a free whitening kit) and they were able to show us what my husband's teeth would look like in 8 months if he decided to do the treatment. They take insurance, payment plans and work with you to make sure you're 100% happy and comfortable with the treatment plan. The facility is beautiful, the staff is incredible. They are responsive and helpful and make you feel right at home. I remember when I had metal braces (for five years) and had to sit through the longest ever orthodontist appointments and painful tightenings. These appointments are literally 20 minutes or less and you can even do the appointments from your phone! It's freaking genius. Also perfect for adults, teens, whatever. Customer service is what matters most in a business. Honestly, there are dozens of places to get Invisalign in the local area. We have been a customer for almost 2 years now, I'm on my 3rd child getting treatment at the Gilbert location. I was pleased with the service we received with my daughter and went in late May/early June 2022 to get my 2 sons looked at to see if they would be eligible for Invisalign. They were both good candidates and while I was going to wait, we were convinced to sign up that day because QuickSmiles was running a promotion for a $300 Nike gift card, per person, if you signed up for treatment. I signed up and paid the 2 start-up fees to get my sons locked in. Here we are 4 months later, dozens of phone calls, quite a few different excuses and several promises from the staff and Jamie directly with no gift cards. Like I said, there are dozens of places locally to get Invisalign, it's about who gives the better service. I was taught a person is only as good as their word. This goes for businesses as well. read more

My son Samuel is 13 and rather than getting braces we decided to give QuickSmiles a try. The process was simple and easy. I am a busy mom with four kids and I really like that he can do his check ups from his phone. It saves us so much time. He is also a competitive soccer player and I like that he won't hurt his mouth if he gets hit in the face with the ball. Finally, his teeth issues are pretty significant and I was so excited to find out that those could be handled by QuickSmiles and their Invisalign system. Initial visit and follow up was very friendly and follow up was diligent for a few days while I was making a decision. After deciding to go with retainers (which is about 2k less since my teeth weren't needing much of an adjustment) suddenly the follow up was becoming less frequent (for example: when can I call to move forward with paying? 2.5 weeks later: Sorry we've been very busy). This afternoon received a text from Chris and when I explained that their follow up hasn't been in a timely manner, he felt the need to inform ME that I wasn't diligent my responses. After the initial text to and from Gee about paying and not hearing back for 2.5 weeks, it was really obvious that my business wasn't important. With the unprofessional response today from Chris...these people are NOT getting my business. Illogical to an office where there is an actual Orthodontist on property that will see me on a regular basis. read more
