Jose and Vicente are excellent listeners. They have a good sense of what a troubled computer client may need cause they have seen it all over the past 20 years. First of all, their small shop is neat, with computer items neatly displayed on both walls. Gives an immediate sense that these guys know their stuff. I have a small store at the airport, and use a laptop POS system. One of the staff members spilled coffee all over the keyboard and screen went blank. I took it in when they opened Monday morning at ten, not knowing anything about them. Jose asked several penetrating questions and said that at best, recovery would be 50-50. Story ends on Tuesday morning when I picked up a superb clone of our old laptop, along with a mirror backup of the former hard drive, and we were back in business by noon. No BS from them. They are pro's, and what is more, easy to deal with. Very patient. Very thorough. And friendly - folks that you could have a pleasant discussion over a beer. If they can't help you, they probably know who can. But go see them, don't just call. read more

Be careful of the items inside this store, as they are marked up to insane prices. I walked in a few weeks ago to browse at their selection and after looking at model numbers, checking system configurations, these guys are over charging a lot! A prime example are the macbook they have for sale. We're talking about MacBooks from 2008, with Core 2 Duo processors and hard drives of 160GB-250GB, with asking prices of $699-$899. You can find MacBooks with the same processors, 4GB RAM, 500GB Hard Drives, and even a fresh copy of OS X Mavericks or Yosemite, for under $400. Also, many of the accessories sold are cheap China made, work for a week, type of items and they charge double, if not triple. They also over charge for hard drives. I asked to see one and it's just a bare HGST drive, 500GB, and they charge $75 plus tax, when I can go to Best Buy down the highway and pay $49.99 plus tax. Stay away from this place as you're essentially throwing your money away and getting poorly made and overly prices computers. read more

I thought my laptop kicked the bucket for good but Angel was able to get it running and save almost all my files! None of the programs were saved (to be expected) but all of my art and schoolwork was right where I left it. Great speedy service, and a 1 year warranty on my new hard drive. I am giving them 1 star because my laptop still works at least and they put a virus protector which I am grateful for. However, our hinge broke on our laptop and I brought it to these guys to fix. They fix it, I bring it home and within a week the hinge breaks AGAIN. This time my boyfriend takes it in and the man tells my boyfriend, "well however fixed it the first time didn't do it right". Which in-turn my boyfriend says, "you guys did it!" and with no response for the comment he takes the laptop to fix again. My boyfriend asks if hes going to get a discount at least because its the same problem that wasn't fixed the first time. Employee said no, I'm sorry. Because we so desperately need our laptop for our business we just settle and give it to them AGAIN. Time to pickup the computer and they charge us FULL PRICE and when we take it home to use (for our business) the speakers DO NOT WORK!!. I would take it to them again in hopes that they can fix their mistakes but I need it for my business. Too bad I can never use for anything else. Lost my business for sure!! read more

Very poor service. The workers/owners arrive when they roll out of bed. If your lucky by 11. The entire store closes down for lunch, which lasts between 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Very difficult working around their schedule. They also do not answer their phones, when you try to call and see what time they will be in. read more
