I just want to make special mention that Nico is such a great asset to your organization. His performance in handling our account continues to exceed my expectations. He always goes above and beyond to resolve whatever issues we have...no matter how large or small they may be. And I can attest....we have had some major issues that needed immediate attention. Nevertheless, Nico is always Johnny-on-the-spot and gets it handled. He has the patience needed to deal with those customers (like me/us) that may not have the best computer or technical skills. I cannot say enough good things about MyITPros. We switched to them from a global IT company and the difference has been incredible. My office has been working with My IT Pros for over a year now, maybe longer and they have been the best IT company I have ever worked with. My main contact, Tom R is always very quick to respond and resolve any issue that may come up and if he's not available, his team is just as awesome!! Our server downtime is almost null thanks to My IT Pros which is so important for my customers, I love that I don't have to stress about anything related to our IT needs. This company is great!! I have been a customer for close to 15 years. We began using them on a breakdown basis as our company was small and I thought I could manage the network myself. They were always responsive and super helpful. As our company grew, it became evident that I could not continue to manage the network myself. We moved to a managed services plan and life has been Oh So Sweet!! I now have an awesome IT team to help my staff. I am a MyITpros customer. I work from home and I got an email for a ransom saying my PC got hacked. They gave a password and some information to convince me it was true. I called MyITPros and literally within the first few seconds before I even explained the issue, Royal was connected to my computer. Not only did he verify/check my work computer was ok but then he checked my personal PC. We recently added seamless wifi throughout our buildings via MyIT Pros and are using a contractor they recommended to run fiber between two locations. They have made the process simple and vendors they recommend have been fairly priced and provided great service. Not only are they great at the day-to-day IT management but they are also easy to work with and very knowledgeable for project based work around hardware and larger solutions.
