My husband is a chef and I am not even sure we could replicate the results that we were given. We ordered the chicken bowl and it came with three mushy lemon caper thighs with a side of minute rice. The grilled cheese with garlic was garlic powder burned to the edges. We ordered 4 different cocktails and one was an old fashioned. The other 3 drinks were nothing short of using the word terrible. They were lemon drops in the form of a margarita, a whisky sour and a huckleberry drink (that had a black berry in it?) these other 3 drinks just tasted like straight lemon. Could not even finish them. Ordered the poutine but I think it was cheese slices not curds. The chicken dumplings were completely fine but I have the same ones in my fridge from the grocery store. All in all I left needing water from all the lemon my family just ingested.

And they ask you to dress up--no jeans. That's kind of fun, but it's really all about the food. INCREDIBLE FOOD. Four of us had 2 different beef steaks, rack of lamb and swordfish steak. ALL done perfectly and tasty, as well as various sides. No one regretted their choices. The service was impeccable--attentive but not intrusive. And then there were the deserts: the four of us shared 3 different deserts and all were to die for. I'm a longtime baker with varied experience here and in Europe and never had better deserts anywhere. Not a place for kids--no one under 21. Mocktails as well as wine and. cocktails. And fairly expensive but well worth it--we were celebrating a birthday and when they found out delivered the deserts with a huge wonderful sparkler. They have special event nights with live music and they also have burlesque nights--so ask. But you can go to just relax, enjoy and eat well.

The salad was not over-dressed and made it easy to take home leftovers. My husband also enjoyed his sandwich, being the second time he has ordered it. The chicken is crispy and well-seasoned. I fell hard onto the concrete floor, injuring my knee and felt very humiliated. One of the bar tenders told the owner I "biffed it" and they shrugged it off and went about their business. I was not even offered a complimentary drink! They are lucky they haven't gotten sued. It's definitely a hazard and should be fixed. Thank you for a horrible experience and a very overpriced drink!
