Brisket, pork belly, and bulgogi!
Andrew H.

If you're looking for AYCE KBBQ in LA, this spot might be THE ONE. I came for weekday lunch (so I can't speak on dinner/weekends), but everything was on point. It's in a plaza with easy parking, and the vibe inside is clean and comfortable with booths, big tables, TVs, and space that doesn't feel cramped. Now let's talk about the REAL reason you come here: THE MEAT. The cuts are thicker than most AYCE places, and the quality is seriously next level. It might be the best AYCE meat I've had in LA. Service was fast, staff was friendly, and it wasn't overly crowded. The playlist was on point too, straight R&B which made the whole experience even better. Bathrooms on-site and the layout is flat + accessible, so anyone with mobility needs will be comfortable. Overall, this is easily one of my favorite KBBQ spots right now. 10/10 would come back.

Bulgogi and short rib

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, good value. A solid spot for AYCE KBBQ especially in this part of town. They do have high chairs in case you were searching. The menu is quite extensive for the price, but my favorites are the marinated boneless ribs and the bulgogi. The ribs come out super tender and their bulgogi isn't overly sweet, which is what I prefer. While I wish the brisket was a little more marbled/fatty, it may not be realistic for the price, which is fine by me. The ice cream at the end is always a nice touch!

Octopus, bulgogi, marinated short rib (the best!)

We were a party of 6, with 4 kids and I think we had the best service I've had at a restaurant in awhile. Wait staff was very quick to bring out our orders of meat (our first platters of meat showed up before we even finished giving them our order!), friendly to swap out grills, and receptive even to our kids placing orders. We stuck mostly to the beef, but we did also try the octopus and an order of pork ribs. Our favorite was hands down the marinated boneless short rib - unreal how tender the meat was. My son's favorite (as always) is the beef brisket (the one without marinade) and he and the other kids basically kept ordering sushi the whole time. The restaurant is pretty sizable, clean and well lit. Really great find for Korean food outside of Koreatown. Price is very reasonable. Would definitely come back!

Food quality: 4.5/5, surprisingly good meat quality for price Presentation: 5/5, well... Attention to detail: Not really applicable... it is KBBQ... Service: 5/5, attentive! Vibes: It's nice! Pretty open and spacious for a KBBQ place Value: 4.5/5, you don't feel scammed but I wish the lunch option was available on weekends Times been: 2 Return? Yes I don't have a lot to say, since you more or less just pay for meat quality + service, both of which are good. There are good options for the meats, they change your grill out often (incase of burning), and they were not strict about the 90 minute time limit either time I've been. Overall, good KBBQ place to stop at that will not break the bank (that is, if you are hungry, duh).

Consistently wonderful service and great food! The staff and just lovely, and so helpful. Clean and open restaurant. Love all the dishes, and I'm picky when it comes to Korean food (I lived with a Korean family.) Great value for the lunch special, and would recommend to anyone in the LA area. Only problem we've ever had is a loudmouth guy on his phone at the booth next to us!

My daughters live in Glendale so glad there is this restaurant nearby! Just like Cham Soot Gol in Buena Park! But this is much closer and opens for LUNCH! Lunch is only $19.99 so even better!!!! Restaurant is big, spacious and clean! We went on a Tuesday so not too busy and servers were very attentive! Please look at my pictures to see how much we ate for the 5 of us!!! The brisket is nicely thinly shaved so easy to cook! The Buloggi is marinated so very tasty! We always need to order the Pork Belly too! Generous servings size didn't need to order any more meat! The Korean sides: Kim chee, cucumbers, fish cake, potato salad and my favorite chop chae (long rice). We took a couple visiting from Honolulu and showed them how to use the square rice paper because they have never had it! The thin rice paper is so delicious when you have your meat and crunchy salad rolled up! Remember to get the dessert: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or green tea ice cream!! 5 Stars: close by, good food and good service! Will be back!!!

I was looking for a new ayce bbq spot in LA. When arrived, there was no wait time on a Saturday night and also public parking available. Possibly bc the home game World Series was on lol. Go Dodgers! They allow 3 orders per round and extra charge if you don't finish your meats. The following meats and seafood ordered: Pork belly Spicy marinated pork Beef brisket Squid Short ribs Beef belly My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and the staff did an amazing job for a memorable dinner date!

We walked in on a weekday. Never been here before, so this is our first impression review. The place was large and it was not packed, which was a plus. Most Korean bbq locations have at least an hour wait. It's nice to walk in and be seated right away. The servers were really nice and food was coming out in a fast manner. Good selection of meats. Now you might ask: if all is good, why the 3 stars? Well this is where it gets a bit interesting. On the menu they have a selection of meat and sushi. My husband starts ordering tuna sushi. Each order comes with 2 pieces. That is my husband's favorite. So he tells the server, instead of going back and forth, can you please bring us an order of 10 pieces. The server says it's their policy to do one order at a time. We understood. So we started to ordering one at a time. After the 3rd order of sushi, the server starts arriving slower and slower. 5 minutes became 10 minutes, 10 minutes became 15 minutes. Mind you it was only 2 tables they are serving and we are the only one ordering sushi. The server tells us that the reason why our sushi is coming out slowly is because no one orders this small sushi and the sushi they have is a side, only which I'm not sure what that means. Is it not part of the all-you-can-eat menu? So anytime we ordered the sushi the server said it's difficult cutting the sushi. That is whats taking so long. Then they said the machine is closed, so we got the feeling that they are trying to cut us off from ordering sushi. If the sushi isn't all you can eat, why put it on the menu. They didn't charge us extra, but they do cut you off if you ordered too much, which was interesting. Not many all you can eat places come with dessert included, but they do. It comes in little to go cups with one scoop, but that's not all you can eat either. It's one per customer. Overall, the food is good, but they need to be more specific on the menu. We did feel awkward when they started cutting us off on certain things from the menu. Would we come back? I don't know, maybe not. It's too bad because we got a Korean barbecue all the time. Maybe if they improve will come back.

This establishment is truly a standout choice for dining. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and that refills are handled without hesitation. if you leave a little food uneaten, they do not charge extra, which is a thoughtful policy. The menu boasts a wide array of beloved dishes, complemented by a selection of delicious sides that pair well with the main offerings For those looking to secure a dining experience without the wait, calling in advance is a great option, as they will prepare a table for you upon arrival. Additionally, the restaurant is very accommodating for families, making it a kid-friendly environment. Overall, this place comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience.

Definitely a great restaurant if you're craving Korean soups - I got the Galbitang and it definitely hit the spot. The broth was so warming and hearty and the galbi were tender and paired really well with the soup and dipping sauce. We also got the bossam which was great for sharing among the group and just a perfect mix of flavors and textures. Side dishes included kimchi, pickled daikon, and fish cakes. Outside there's many plants that make walking in very welcoming. The food may be for some people, but not for me. I ordered 6 on the menu which I expected to be extremely flavorful based on its appearance, but it tasted very plain to me. I did order a more simple item on the menu compared to others, so I guess I should have expected that. My family enjoyed theirs which is good. There are plenty of other options, but they are mostly spicy; however, the side dishes are amazing! The cost is a bit pricy, but if you like it, it's worth it. This was an overall pretty good experience, and would recommend; just make sure you're a fan of this kind of food.

My boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to Korean food for dinner and typically we would go to Jincook, but I wanted to try something different. I found K-Street on Yelp and wanted to give it a try. There's plenty of parking in a safe parking garage which is nice! We arrived to the restaurant at around 8pm? Upon walking in we saw that they have a B rating so my boyfriend was a bit weary of eating there. Upon walking in, it was completely empty-- understandable because it was a Wednesday night. The server was a super nice woman who gave us recommendations and explained things I needed clarification for. The restaurant was cute, had street signs for streets in Korea and a huge projector that screened music videos on the wall. I'm sure the place is usually poppin' on nights when it's busy! It was really quiet because we were the only ones there but the music was a nice addition to break the silence. My boyfriend ordered the Bulgogi Dolsot, which is bulgogi with rice in a hot stone. He said the bulgogi had great flavors and the crispy rice was his favorite! The bulgogi wasn't fatty or too tough, he loved that they didn't skimp on the meat. I ordered the Hot Pot Bulgogi, it was a soup with bulgogi, some rice cakes, and some noodles. It was served with rice, but I skipped on eating the rice. The soup to me was a bit too salty! It had great umami flavor and depth to the rich flavor but I needed lemon or vinegar to break up the saltiness. The bulgogi in the soup was nice and tender, I ate basically all of the bulgogi. The rice cakes were nice and chewy, and the noodles made it feel like a complete meal. Was it worth $22? Not to me, for what it was I think it should've been around $15. The also gave us complementary banchan, but it wasn't the best. I understand we were only two people and they were bottomless, but 4 small pieces of pickled radish and 2 bites of kimchi? I could've easily eaten 5 plates of each but I didn't want the server constantly coming back to bring us more. Again, we were the only ones there so I didn't want to feel like a burden. Would I come back here again? Unfortunately not. My first impression at K-Street wasn't the best and there are plenty Korean restaurants that I personally like!

I LOVE TOFU SOUP!!!…read more got the beef tofu soup and it was deliciousss. one of our group had burnt rice but the staff were quick to replace it. the spicy cucumber here is so good i ate like 2 plates honestly. i will say is that the spice scale isn't super accurate. i am pretty bad with spice so i got a mild and it was just ... alright... i feel like i was missing a lot of the flavor, not just heat level. my friends who got medium and spicy let me try their soups and they were way better and honestly not that much spicier. so i would say give a higher spice level a try if you want more flavor in your broth. we also ordered a bottle of soju to share and some of the spicy chicken. those were good too!

Everything was excellent. The variety of side dishes (banchan) was impressive--each one was fresh and flavorful. The soft tofu soup itself was perfectly seasoned and hit the spot. A highlight was definitely the stone pot rice; it was cooked to perfection, leaving that delicious, toasted rice crust at the bottom for a perfect crunchy finish.

I LOVE TOFU SOUP!…read more this place was quite busy when we walked in but we were seated immediately. parking was pretty narrow and limited in the adjacent spots but there were so many people i think they just park on the streets and walk, it's not very far. ambiance is cool they had an aquarium for me to stare at. i really liked the both of my beef tofu soup. it was served with purple rice which was pretty cool. we also ordered the rice cakes with ramen noodles and that was actually pretty spicy, spicer than my medium-level spice broth. but super good! the chicken in the combo was delicious and sizzling as well. overall i don't really have anything negative to say. servers were attentive and were more than accommodating to replace one of our items when the lid of the vinegar dispenser flew off and turned my friends cold noodles into vinegar soup essentially. big fan!

This restaurant also has its own parking lot, which is a bonus, but parking around the area in general isn't too hard either. The place is small so it can get busy, but the wait is usually never that bad. The food is really good and tastes homey and comforting.
