Somehow, this roll captured all the flavors - savory, sour, crispy, and sweetness all in one go. Unique and exceptional. The rest of my family got the Tonkotsu Ramen, Salmon Bento Box, and Alaskan rolls, all which were excellent. A special word must be made for the staff. We were seated promptly, our kids' orders taken first so they could start eating earlier, we were promptly offered a free switch to a different bowl of Ramen when, on delivery, we were informed it may be somewhat spicy (which we didn't employ - it was perfect!), and all food came out within 10-15 minutes. The inside is unassuming and spartan, as is common for sushi joints, and prices are quite reasonable. Bonus points for being right next to Handel's ice cream (another 5* review in my catalog) for a perfect, easy dessert and great outdoor vibes. Was it a blissful evening filled with sake, sushi, and stories, or was this place a bit far off from what we happily remembered it to be!? PURCHASE(S) Sapporo Breweries Sapporo Premium Beer 4.9% ABV 22floz Bottle ($9.00 x2): Rich amber color, malty sweet aroma, low body, light malty sweet flavor, clean smooth finish, and light malty sweet aftertaste. Always a favor with sushi! Deep Fried Shishito Peppers ($9.50): Butter sautéed shishito peppers with ponzu sauce, these slightly spicy tasty treats were fun to nibble on between sushi rolls!
