If you're looking for tea flavored soft serves this is the spot. We got the tia guan yin oolong soft serve and the matcha one as well. I will say that the matcha one reminded me more of a Chinese tea bag green tea..not like ceremonial grade matcha, I'd skip that. But I did really enjoy the tia guan yin oolong soft serves, reminds me of hojicha. The service was good and inside is very cute and they have private rooms to reserve so you can do tea tastings. This location I believe is partnered or part of the Ten Ren family. :) read more

Inside the Ten Fu upstairs in the plaza. This is such a hidden gem, filled with everything that would please someone who loves tea from tea pairing snacks to exquisite tea sets. There's ample seating scattered throughout the shop and perfect for groups plus even anyone who wants to study or work out of here. The beautiful interior adds a nice touch but the tea is so flavorful and robust. My wife and I came to this place based on the pictures of Tie Guan Yin ice cream, but when we arrived and saw that there was an afternoon tea experience, we decided to book an appointment. We both were impressed with the care, detail, and most importantly the tea! We had a choice of 15 tea's, varying from light/floral to dark/bold flavors. Our tea menu provided steeping times for every pour to maximize taste and the assortment of snacks was aesthetically pleasing in preparation and taste. Our server was kind and offered suggestions depending on the flavor profile we were looking for. To top it all off, the space we were given to sit in had A/C in a well lit room. Soft piano music played which gave a relaxing, spa like vibe. Our sitting arrangement was nicely decorated in a modern, Asian chic. Went to Chaffee for the first time today and it was surprisingly empty. We sat in the back and there was plenty of seating. I liked the quaint piano music that was playing in the background. Unfortunately, they didn't have the 913 King's Oolong soft serve today but the matcha soft serve was still great. I like the subtle sweetness and silky smoothness behind each bite. I also ordered a drink - the 913 King's Oolong Milk Tea - since they didn't have the soft serve. It came with agave syrup, which was a bit sweet for me. Next time, I will ask for less syrup. Ordered a jasmine green milk tea. What I received was a cup of iced water pretending it once met milk and tea somewhere in its past life. No flavor, no richness, no sweetness, just cold disappointment. I genuinely couldn't tell if this was a drink or a practical joke. Maybe management should actually taste what their staff is serving before charging customers for it. I managed one courtesy sip; the remaining 99% was promptly introduced to the nearest trash can before I even left the parking lot. Giving 2 stars for the decor tho ;) read more

My family came for the Chaffee Afternoon Tea Experience. We were brought into a private room since we had a group of 7 adults + 1 baby. Unfortunately, they didn't have high chairs. Our server was very friendy and explained the tea selections. We were able to taste a variety of Chinese and Taiwanese teas because we each chose a different one. We didn't have much expectation for the food but a few of the items were surprisingly good. As a larger group, we had to constantly ask for more water to seep our tea since the kettle was fairly small. At the end, they offered us free soft-serve if we wrote a yelp review. Our family of 7 all wrote a review for the freebie. Overall, it was a good experience but some smaller details could be improved. read more

TikTok brought me here and I will say this is one of the rare times TikTok did not disappoint LOL We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and it was relatively calm inside. I ordered the chaffogato which consisted of their signature tea ice cream with shot of espresso. Don't be fooled by the store front, the actual store is HUGE with two back rooms for you to sit and hang with friends. We were lucky to get a whole room to ourselves and it was indeed an awesome way to spend the hot afternoon. As for the dessert, it really hit the spot but it was very very VERY strong. I would not recommend if you're sensitive to caffeine, otherwise, have in the early early afternoon. Will be back!! read more

Love the ambiance here. The theming was very traditional and eclectic. We did the Afternoon Tea Experience and I got the 313 King's Oolong and it was very good with a subtle hint of sweetness. There are timing instructions on how to brew up to 3 cups. The experience comes with some traditional Taiwanese tea snacks, and ended up being more filling than I thought. read more

This is one of my favorite tea spots, it's not like your typical boba shops. This is more for a place to sit down and enjoy sips of tea. Each drink is made fresh and straight from their own tea leaves. Here you can really enjoy a nice afternoon conversation with plenty of seats.
