Amazing Cuban sandwich! The people behind the counter were super friendly. There is not much seating inside, but there are seats outside. The fried yuca was delicious. Highly recommend. We will definitely come back.

So incredibly delicious. Stop by if you're in the area, and you won't be disappointed. Cubano and flan to start the day was pretty perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

We did some shopping at Findlay today short ribs from Eckerlins and happened to stroll into a little bit of Havana Muy deliciosa Chacabanas. Definitely will be back (513) 717-2172 https://g.co/kgs/ijF7egw

Such a cute tiny spot, The food and service was great. As a Cuban, growing up croquetas preparada has always been my fav and let me just say this has been the best I've ever tried!!

Authentic Cuban food at reasonable prices. The food was hot and delicious and made fresh after ordering. The place is located in OTR across from Findlay Market. Nestled so well you might miss it when you drive by but it's definitely worth a stop. This small shop has a few spots inside but plenty of outside seating and is perfect for a nice afternoon lunch. The staff were nice and engaged us in conversation while preparing our food. They answered questions and told us the history of the pictures located around the restaurant. This was a delightful experience for even the skeptical eater. Tips to make your visit a success: 1) Not just sandwiches. The Yuca fries and Tostones were amazing and a must try when you go for a nice side or pre sandwich tasty bite. 2) Get a dessert. Not to be missed is their Tres Leches cake or Flan. Save room for dessert and you won't be disappointed. Cuban sandwich shops have come to Cincinnati try Chacabanas today.

Nice lil spot on Elm. I was headed to a different restaurant when I walked past this place. Glad I stopped. The food was good and the owner operator Alex was fantastic. Great personality. I'll go back.

Ybor Cuban, Tostones

I lived in Miami as a child up until my early twenties, the Cuban flavor is ingrained somewhere in my DNA. The smell, ambiance, and personality of the woman up front all made me feel like I was back in a Little Havana bakery. Grabbed the Tostones, an Ybor Cuban, the last croquetta they had and man it was like I never left Miami. They have all the sodas/drinks from my youth, jupina, coco rico, Malta, even that strong beer stuff I never got into. Salsa playing in the background. Can not wait to go back . If they added a Pan con Bistec and some pastelitos they'll have to drag me out.

We had no idea what we were in for, but we sure were happy we stumbled upon this gem! The selection of cheeses is chef's kiss--so many varieties, all expertly curated, and the staff is happy to walk you through the options like they're your personal cheese concierge. The vibe? Cozy, welcoming, and totally unpretentious. It's one of those places where you can feel fancy without feeling like you're trying too hard. And don't even get me started on the wine pairings... If you're a fan of cheese (and who isn't?), this is definitely a spot you need to visit when in the area. Honestly, I'll be dreaming of that cheese board the next time I'm in Cincinnati, and you bet I'll be back! 10/10, highly recommend.

The staff member was really nice and welcomed us in and asked if we had any questions. I was tempted by all the delicious cheese options, but opted for The Chopper because I'm a sucker for a good sandwich. From the street you wouldn't realize there's a whole back patio area and when the staff member told us I had to check it out and snap pictures. It was so cute and shaded, a great spot for a lunch or to hang out and enjoy some charcuterie with friends. We enjoyed sitting out there while my sandwich was being made and they brought it back to me. It was wrapped up so nicely and the chopped ingredients make it so every bite has a little bit of everything in it. So good! We ended up walking around the area before heading back home and there are a lot of cute places on the block.

She kept gushing about how much she enjoyed it once we left, so, for that reason alone, it's a five stars by default . And I loved it, too! First of all, the service was awesome - everyone was not only sweet but also super accommodating & helpful, even though we came in maybe 20 mins before closing. Food came super quickly, too! We ordered: - Classic Omelette: So tasty!! Loved the cheeses especially. We also subbed the bacon for white cheddar. My mom wanted me to mention that the mushrooms were fresh/not canned lol. Came with a side of fried potatoes that were also great (mom especially loved them), though I felt they were on the saltier side. - Plain Biscuit: Mom loved it!!! - Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte: Solid - The B-Roll: I have yet to try this one, as we got it to-go lol. Will edit this when I do

It showed in the service which was a bit grumpy. However understandable given the large numbers. We had the place mostly to ourselves and we did enjoy it, but I missed the southern charm and hospitality I have felt there in the other locations. It is a small spot but has plenty of windows and cheer. The water is self serve, and their counter is quickly when you enter. I missed the menu board as here they only have menu cards to peruse once you enter. So best to look at menu before arriving so as not to feel rushed. You immediately order at the counter and then pay, and get a card for a table. It is actually more like a fast casual set up which is fine and helps with the flow. I found though that when I wanted more lemonade (free refills) I wasn't sure of the protocol for getting more. (This is where grumpy servers were a bit off putting.) I eventually went to the bar to get my glass refilled. The salad was great and loved the tea. My companion loved her food as well. Great ambience and plenty of seating. However I'm not sure I would go back. If I can I'd go to Nashville and experience the full ambience and flavor as maybe this was an off day, but for someone just visiting once it did not impress as a spot to go back to. But maybe that's just me. And the food is good!
