We came here on a Sunday. They had special brunch for 29 per person (you ll get one starter and a signature dish). The service here was excellent. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They also had kods menu which was perfect for family. For appetizer I highly recommend the crisp shrimp and calamari. It was really good with the sauce. We made a reservation about an hour beforehand on a Saturday evening. I was so impressed reservations were still available! We were sat on the patio and had a wonderful breeze coming in. No drinks for our group, but their complimentary chips and salsa was to die for! Chips nice and warm and salsa not too spicy. While we were waiting for our food to come out, our server Miguel came and apologized for the wait -- offering us a caesar salad on the house. It was such a nice gesture; we hadn't even felt like we had been waiting too long. As it turns out, our food came out at the same exact time as the salad but Miguel still put it on the house. Came here on a Friday night with reservations for a birthday dinner. It was busy and I overheard the wait time without a res being long so making one for the weekends seems like a good move. The hostess was accommodating on seating, and our server Carlos was amazing! We told him it was our first time there and he made excellent recommendations, and was very attentive. HELLO!! Had a very lovely dinner with my dad here tonight. We come every tuesday because they have a wonderful deal for half off tacos (about $9 for 3!) Big shoutout to MIGUEL and CARLOS because they are always so warm and welcoming. I see them here every time. The servers here all work so hard. We also have had servers named Savannah, Yun, and Yuri that were all lovely as well. Please give them all a raise or a special award or something. My favorite part of the restaurant is the entire experience/ambiance of getting together with friends and family over great food. I adore the MUSHROOM TACOS, FREE CHIPS AND SALSA, and DELICIOUS DESSERTS (tres leches and flan are awesome). I've been to ChaCha's many times and usually enjoy it, but our experience this past Thursday for fajita night was extremely disappointing. mainly due to how rude and dismissive the managers were. We came in with our family specifically for Fajita Thursday and had a voucher pulled up that clearly states on select ThursdayS (plural) margaritas are 50% off with the purchase of fajitas. Based on the wording, we reasonably assumed the special applied that night. When we asked our server, he wasn't sure, so a manager came over (a brunette woman) and was immediately annoyed. She insisted it was only valid on the first Thursday of the month and said it was "clearly stated," which it absolutely was not on the voucher we were shown. Rather than calmly explaining or acknowledging the confusion, she seemed focused on proving us wrong. We decided to order fajitas anyway, though no where on the website, menu, or signage,are fajita prices clearly listed beyond "starting at $20." There is no indication of how much different proteins cost. When the bill arrived, our steak fajitas were $27 per person. Had we known that upfront, we would not have ordered them or even come in that night. We spoke to another manager (a tall man with white hair), hoping for some understanding, but he was just as rude and unhelpful. His response was essentially that "everyone knows what starting at means," with no apology, no acknowledgment of the unclear pricing, and no effort to make the situation right. Both managers seemed more interested in proving a point than taking care of their customers. We've always liked ChaCha's, but this was by far the worst experience we've had, entirely due to management. Between the misleading voucher that says "Thursdays" (plural), the lack of posted fajita prices, and the extremely rude attitude from both managers, we won't be back for a while. If you plan on going for any specials, make sure you ask for exact prices and details ahead of time, because nothing is clearly listed and management will not help if there's confusion. read more

Yummy beans. I don't know what it is about my ordering process.. but there is something to be said about a restaurant when the worst thing on the menu is still the best thing compared to anywhere else.. or maybe I'm just finding reasons to write a review; whatever the case, stay away from their sopés. The mushrooms and guac on top were *chef's kiss* yummy, but the fried masa base tasted and inhaled like it'd been sitting at the back of the freezer for some time, the perfect gastronomy infusion of classic freezer burn. A hockey puck slathered in delicious tower of sauce. It was inedible. I finished what i could but still managed to spoil the palette enough that it's seared into memory. The service was great. The waiters know the menu well and their suggestions are the best. The ambiance is chill and It's great for date night or celebrate your birthday or any other event. We ordered so much food that it was ridiculous but I think our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. The calamari was perfectly cooked, it wasn't rubbery and the flavor and aioli sauce were great. The chicken flautas were different I felt this time around. I don't know if it was the chicken or something else inside, it just wasn't as tasty as it used to be. My friend and I came on a Wednesday evening around 6 PM and were able to get seated outdoors without any wait. They usually have some sort of discount depending on the day of the week, and that evening, they had a 50% off enchiladas! We ended up ordering chicken enchiladas, which comes with a side of beans and rice. The enchiladas were delicious and flavorful, especially for 50% off! We also ordered a watermelon margarita and a fresh pineapple cocktail. I can only comment on the watermelon margarita, which was delicious and refreshing especially on a hotter night. There's definitely a good amount of alcohol in there but not enough for it to ruin the taste of the drink. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Cha Cha's. We ordered strictly off the happy hour menu and were greatly surprised at the speed and quality of the food. The steak quesadilla was amazing with substantial amount of steak in every bite. A side of pickled veggies and heaping amount of sour cream was on the side for you to customize your quesadilla as you want. Ordered a few tacos and loved them as well.
