This place is absolutely amazing! I don't write very many reviews but I had to take a minute to recognize and commend this business. The customer service is phenomenal from every person that I have talked to during my 3 visits so far. Super nice, super friendly and very clean. Michelle has been my therapist and literally has provided the best massages that I have ever received. She is very attentive to problem areas and always provides just the right amount of pressure desired. This place is ultra professional and highly skilled. I try to get a massage at least twice a month and this is my new "go to" place. The rooms have curtained partitions instead of being private but it is always very quiet and I feel very comfortable. I strongly encourage anyone considering a massage to check this place out! As a small business owner myself with very high expectations, this is a gem. read more

I had received a 30 min back / 30 min foot package. The back massage I would say is mediocre. Nothing special. I would put it on the same level as one of the massage kiosk in the mall. The foot massage was not so great. I went after working a 10 hour shift so my feet were aching and expected a deep tissue kinda of foot massage. It was more towards the pedicure foot rub. Clean and well maintained but inconsistent massage quality. Need to focus on setting expectations with their customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Last massage - the lady hardly massaged but rather climbed on my back and applied pressure, etc., for nearly 45 minutes. I had asked for full body but didn't get that or any semblance of it. When I raised the issue to the man at the front desk, all he said was there that the next time, I can get a different masseuse. Note: they charge you $2 just for using credit card. A very strange practice in an era of cashless commerce. I doubt I will go back which is disappointing since I have come to this place for the past 1-2 years. I've been to CH Massage a few more times including this weekend. Honestly I love this place, and since I can only visit when in the area it's definitely a treat. Everyone is very friendly and professional including Bruce the owner. It seems to get very busy on the weekends so be sure to call ahead and schedule an appointment. I've been massaged in many different  states by many different masseuses.I have received sports, Swedish and deep tissue massages. I will have to say Lan is the most competent therapist that I have come across. I consider one of Lan's attributes to be the fact she can dial up or down pressure just barely, and maintain that. She can find where it hurts and, due to her through knowledge of fascia and layers of tissue, massage the pain away. I would highly recommend her for deep tissue massage and any other type. This is our MONTHLY stop after a tough work week. We have been coming here since they first opened. They are very nice group of people. I had a few therapists over time because they change their staffs after a few months. (Don't understand why ) I love Jenny, jenifer, but then I have to get used to a new one. Fortunately they all are pretty good. Currently Holly is the lady now. Hopefully she is not leaving anytime soon. She knows how to crack my back. My upper back , neck and my shoulder blades area are my needed help points. She knows just right presure to apply for me. She is definitely one of the best I had. Pricing is very affordable. Competitive and they give you loyalty benefits too. Cleanliness is my concern, and they do a good job with keeping the spaces nice and clean. Customers service : excellent. They will accommodate you up to their last minute of closing. We are guilty of keeping later than their business hours sometimes but we made up to them with a big tips. sorry CH. Got my first massage here today. I received a four hand massage for the first time. WOW! I never had one before! I'm a tall guy and can I say it was so worth having someone with strong fingers focus on my neck/shoulders while the other person is focused on the rest. I felt totally relaxed and even fell asleep until the hot stones came into play. Never had that before. Loved it! They also applied hot towels to my neck and legs. The only reason I did not give a five star, I just wish they spent more time on my front side. Otherwise it was a top rated massage. I will be going back. read more

Been coming here for a few years. Discovered the place through Yelp! The place is a legit. Reminds me of a foot massage place you'd find in NYC. The prices are super reasonable and the people work hard! It's comfortable, professional, clean and quiet. A quick getaway to de stress and soothe your tired feet. All of the therapists do an excellent job. They hit every part of your foot with firm pressure. It's nothing like the five second foot rub you get at a nail salon. Amazing! Beautiful place, sparkling clean, and the massages were absolutely outstanding!

Went to this establishment for the first time. I called and asked for an appointment and they were able to schedule me right away! So that was a big selling factor. As soon as I entered, I was greeted warmly. I wish I knew his name but the long haired young man took me to one of those partitioned rooms. However, it's not like the other Chinese massage places. Even though the "rooms" are only semi-private, there's curtains on all sides and people can't see you as they walk by. Also, the massage bed was very comfy and the ambiance was dark and warm. The massage itself was SO great. I like a deep acupressure type of massage and he did a fantastic job. He asked if I was doing ok and if he should go softer or deeper. It was super relaxing and I appreciated his attentiveness. I am giving five stars for easy appointment scheduling and because my muscles are so relaxed that I am falling asleep as I type this. I did one hour and it was $60 which is reasonable. Will be going back. read more

I love this place. It's tucked away in a strip mall and doesn't look awesome from the outside. But once you go inside, it's just great. There are a row of curtained off massage rooms that are dimly lit with light music playing. The only downside of this is that you can very clearly hear people directly adjacent to you. This doesn't bother me though. You don't really need an appointment, I've yet to have trouble walking in and getting seen immediately. The prices are the most competitive I've seen at only $60 an hour! The only challenge with the staff is that their English is generally quite limited, so it may take a little extra effort to communicate your needs. But they are very polite and responsive and will massage you as intensely as you can handle, so it's all good. In conclusion, I can't believe that this place is so inexpensive and never booked up, even on a Saturday. Highly recommended! read more
