Absolutely delicious! This restaurant is an eclectic, modern, and chic place with very attentive and friendly staff and amazing food. Really, what else could you ask for when looking for a place to eat? My group ordered several dishes for the table and not a single one disappointed. All of the dishes were visually stunning, light, refreshing, and entirely delectable. There wasn't a single dish that we weren't completely delighted with. I cannot wait to go back and taste even more of their vast menu!

Paul and I came here for an early dinner at 3:45 pm on Saturday after shopping at Boca Town Centre Mall. They have an entrance between Sachs, Fifth Avenue and Nordstrum. Parking is Easy in the lot. You walk into the mall and immediately on your left, you will see the restaurant. They have an exquisite venue here. The decor inside and out is sight to behold with lush greenery and glitz and color. All the waiters and staff are dressed with the same motif of flowered ties or belts or scarves. It's really nice! It was very crowded inside so we ate outside under the awning. It is not air-conditioned, but it was still bearable and less noisy. Our waiter brought over a huge menu with lots of selections but most of them in Peruvian. I used AI to look up what some of the selections were actually. The waiter seemed to be very busy having tables inside and out, and this made our experience long. We did not know what to expect as far as the portion sizes were concerned, so we ordered an appetizer, a ceviche, and a main meal to be shared between us. At first, they placed Peruvian chips on the table to nosh on. They brought the ceviche and Causa - potato appetizer together. This was very impressive. Causa is a potato dish, but it was so beautifully displayed and flavorful. I couldn't stop raving about it. I had the one with the chicken salad. The ceviche had fresh scallops, fried Calimare and octopus. That was also a WOW. Lastly we had a main entree which took an extraordinary amount of time to come. It had filet mignon, which was very tough. It also included very tough octopus. The shrimp and yucca with the broccoli were OK but we were very disappointed about this dish. Next time we won't order as much, and hopefully the service will be better. This was our very first time eating Peruvian food, and there are so many selections to choose from. I'd love to try some other things and would definitely give it a second chance.

Came for a mini family reunion and everything from the decor, drink, food and especially service was amazing. I have to say our server Stephanie was the absolute BEST if your there grab her table she really was amazing. The food was incredible I had to Lomo Saltado and you can't go wrong with but everything we had was amazing. Can't really say how much our special daily of reuniting with loved ones was made even better by having it here!

I was definitely a bit surprised when we first walked in. The decor was very lively and the music was pretty loud, but we ended up having the best time. I am not very familiar with Peruvian food, but our server was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu. The restaurant features a Peruvian and Japanese fusion concept, and everything we tried tasted so fresh. The seafood in particular was SO fresh. You can really tell the quality is there. At first glance, the prices felt a bit high, but once the food came out, it made sense. The quality, flavors, and overall experience made it completely worth it. I would definitely come back.

Went for Mother's Day and the service and food was horrible. I've ate here many times and it was good about a year ago. I'm not sure what has been going on but the service and food portions and taste have really gone downhill. Definitely won't be going back. I also wish I could remember the name of the waiter because he was the worst waiter I've ever had! Super pushy and would make a face every time if you didn't order the most expensive drink, appetizer or entree.

The place is quite fun, very eclectic for the area so that's nice. We sat by the patio and the atmosphere was great for a cool night. Tables are comfy and spacious, so it didn't feel crammed. The service was fairly fast, they were quite busy. Now for the food. Overall it was good. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well presented. Now, price-wise this is quite on the higher end (think $35 if you only order one thing); more around $100pp if you have drinks. The food itself was great. I mean I would go back if someone invited me. But it wasn't like mind blowing for me to be like OMG you have to go try this place.

It was date night, and I was treated to a very good tasting meal, at a very interesting spot located inside the mall. Exciting and eclectic art on the walls, beautifully coiffed staff running here and there, colorful and delicious food on our plates, but the restaurant itself dropped the ball on a couple different levels... ** First impressions didn't go well. Part of the reservation process is making you upload a photo so you can be greeted by name. That didn't happen, wasn't even referenced or commented on. ** The restaurant was in no way busy or full, yet we still found ourselves waiting for attention several times, even while staff stood at delightful attention in one corner of the dining room as if waiting for something to do.

This whole restaurant is a feast for the senses. From the decor, music, and food. Everything is captivating and enriches the experience. I really enjoyed our drinks and appetizers. We started with the scallops, and that was my only gripe with the entire meal. I wish they came out hotter so the cheese was still melted, not solidified. But even still, absolutely delicious and the scallops were cooked perfectly. The ceviche was the real star though, and with ceviche in the name of the restaurant I would hope so. It was so fresh I felt like I was kissing the sea. It was balanced and zest. The red onion perfectly added some sharpness and the hominy and roasted corn added some richness. I saw someone say that their ceviche was too sour? I don't know what they expected from fish literally cooked in citrus juices? That's quite literally what ceviche is. I digress. The service at the bar was good! We enjoyed watching them work and felt like we were waited on well at the same time. Definitely a fun place to come get a splash of high energy, good food, good drink time!

We enjoyed a happy hour at the bar, a nice break from shopping. The colorful new restaurant near Nordstrom is gorgeous. The food served here is Nikki a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian. Frankie, the manager introduced himself and chatted with us about the chain, the menu & the10th restaurant opening in Sawgrass soon. Bruno was welcoming & amazing at the bar. He prepared my pisco sour with lychee & husband's mango pisco sour was sweet and delicious. I ordered a sushi roll with crab salad, avocado, shrimp, and topped with tuna bathed in a sauce. My husband enjoyed his avocado, salmon, and cream cheese roll topped with smoked salmon, truffle oil, and their special sauce. We shared the filet mignon marinated skewer and brought to a smoky fire. Presentation was beautiful & flavors delicious!!!

I had never heard of Ceviche 105, but when we got a birthday dinner invite there, we were ready to try something good. We walked into the spot in Boca mall. I didn't have big expectations form a restuanrat in the mall. I was impressed right form the outset though. For a spot north of Miami-Dade, its got a real club vibe. The lighting, music and energy of the people who greeted us made me double check my look that I should be able to get in, out of habit of going to more exclusive type spots. We got a table for our group of 9. The music was a little loud for a group our size, but I approve. Loud music infamously keeps the clientele younger. We had some nice appetizers and some nice drinks. The service was quick and efficient all night. there was a moment when I warned my friend that the tip was included already. He asked the waiter if this was true and he said no. He then pointed at the check when I glared at him, and the waiter said, "oh yes, it is included". The service was great otherwise, but that was a little disheartening. I think we will be back this year, the menu was extensive and it really seemed like the kitchen knew what it was doing.

Got off work early and decided to try out Ceviche 105 Happy Hour. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and looks almost like a club. I sat outside at the bar (as happy hour is only available here.) The bartender was pleasant and took my order. I tired 3 things from the menu. Decor was grand, flavors average and service okay. Nothing I eat wowed me nor impressed. Everything was good but just average. It is always good to try something new but I will not be back.

I specifically chose this location because I had previously visited the Embarcadero location in Pembroke Pines. Although that location was smaller, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and our server was extremely attentive, which made the experience so enjoyable. The food here was delicious, and I have no complaints about the quality of the food itself. Unfortunately, the poor service really took away from what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration because the food deserves better service.

Our family tried a variety of dishes, starting with the Jalea, a fried seafood platter. While the portion was smaller than what you typically find at other Peruvian restaurants, the seafood was fresh. I just wish there had been more calamari, fish, shrimp, and fried yucca. We also ordered the Chicken (Pollo) Chaufa and the Seafood Chaufa. Both dishes came in small portions, and the seafood was only placed on top of the rice. Sadly, they lacked the distinctive Chaufa flavor and tasted a bit bland. The Lomo Saltado beef was tender but similarly lacked seasoning, and the Ají Amarillo was just okay. On a positive note, the service was excellent, and the ambiance felt warm and inviting. It seems the food might have been adjusted to cater to a more traditional or less adventurous palate. Peruvian cuisine is renowned for its rich flavors and Asian influences, and I believe it has the potential to be truly exceptional.

We arrived around 8:30 p.m. and were seated immediately. The hostess was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout our visit, especially since our server took our order and never returned to check on us again. We ordered the corvina ceviche, traditional wok with chicken, churrasco, and a side of plantains. The ceviche took approximately 20-25 minutes to arrive, and our entrees didn't come out until nearly 50 minutes after we ordered in which our steak was overcooked and definitely not medium. Meanwhile, the table next to us was seated after us and received their meals within about 15 minutes. By that point, it was already 9:30 p.m., and we were understandably frustrated, especially since our son doesn't eat ceviche and had been waiting the entire time for his meal. The manager came over, apologized, and explained that he wasn't sure what had happened with our order. We appreciated that he took the time to address the situation and offered us dessert. However, by then it was approaching 9:45 p.m., and we were ready to get the check and head home. The food was genuinely very good, which makes the experience even more disappointing. We're undecided about whether we'll return, but we hope this was simply an off night because the kitchen clearly has a lot of potential.
