    Cebiche

Small, take out Peruvian ceviche restaurant - the owner makes the ceviche from corvina family of fish which is never frozen and cooked thru with lime juice. The cebiche chiclayano with corn fritters was served in a paper cup, fresh as I've ever tasted. The adobo sandwich was also good. Also recommend one of the drinks, either the cebada or the chicha morada (purple corn drink, slightly sweet) which was delicious. The tiny restaurant is toward the back of a small court yard with a few informal tables outside for sitting and eating while watching beach-goers saunter on their way to the shore a few blocks away.

We popped in today for the grand opening. The owner gets 5 stars for enthusiasm and friendliness! This is a takeout only place. It was clean, and there were 2 tables outside in front. We tried several items: *The Cerbiche Chiciayano aka cerviche with corn fritters. This was fresh Corvina "cooked" in lime juice. It also had a few slices of red onion and slices of sweet potatoes. It tasted fresh and delicious. I would have liked it better if it included some corn. The corn fritters were tasty, flat, and light. Two came with the order. *Adobo Sanwich made with St Louis Pork Rib Meat. It came on a roll/hamburger type bun with sweet potatoes on the sandwich, nothing on the side. It was a tasty sandwich. *Cebada. It's made with barley, horse tail, flaxseed, and pineapple. This was the first time I have ever had this drink. It was good, but very sweet. If you like cerviche and are heading to the beach, give it a try. The owner said she's planning to add papa la huancaina. I will be back for that.

If you're not getting your Peruvian ceviche before you hit the beach, what are you doing??Seriously so fresh and the texture is perfect. Has the best little crunch. I'm in love. And Lily is the sweetest. Just go to atleast meet her. And she gave me some flax seed drink, I can't remember the name but omg so good. Loved this spot and will come back!

This restaurant has the best cebiche!! Remind me of my dad's cebiche when he used to make it for me.

Excellent Cebiche. Can't beat the location - nothing better than having Cebiche right after or at the beach.

We arrived around 8:30 p.m. and were seated immediately. The hostess was incredibly sweet and attentive throughout our visit, especially since our server took our order and never returned to check on us again. We ordered the corvina ceviche, traditional wok with chicken, churrasco, and a side of plantains. The ceviche took approximately 20-25 minutes to arrive, and our entrees didn't come out until nearly 50 minutes after we ordered in which our steak was overcooked and definitely not medium. Meanwhile, the table next to us was seated after us and received their meals within about 15 minutes. By that point, it was already 9:30 p.m., and we were understandably frustrated, especially since our son doesn't eat ceviche and had been waiting the entire time for his meal. The manager came over, apologized, and explained that he wasn't sure what had happened with our order. We appreciated that he took the time to address the situation and offered us dessert. However, by then it was approaching 9:45 p.m., and we were ready to get the check and head home. The food was genuinely very good, which makes the experience even more disappointing. We're undecided about whether we'll return, but we hope this was simply an off night because the kitchen clearly has a lot of potential.

The decor of the place is inviting and very culture focus which was nice. Drinks: Lupita suggested natural juices and i went with the passion fruit and that was so nice and refreshing in this florida heat. Food: I had a mixto ceviche with shrimp, octopus, calamari, fish etc. It was so good. I got a side of tostones and it was exactly what i needed! It came with 4 of them which was perfect. The calamari was nice and fresh. Price; With everything, the total was $72 which was not bad at all. Especially for a small local restaurant. Coming back or nah? Definitely coming back!

As I was looking for a Peruvian restaurant between Wellington and Broward, this one popped up on Google maps and I decided to give it a try: we were happy we did. They even had anticuchos!! And: they were yummy!! No pisco sour though, so we opted for Inca Kola, of course. We had anticuchos, then ordered a side of yuca frita and a side of huancaina sauce (the sides were small. So sad) Anyway: for seconds we had a fried corvina and a lomo saltado both were tasty and very good portion size, came with 2 sides. Their white rice was on-point. For desert we had some lucuma ice cream (good!) and I ordered an alfajor (meh- next time picarones for sure.) So, people from Boynton: come and get your Peruvian fix here: worth it! Enjoy!

When we arrived, our server never introduced herself. Instead, she immediately asked how we would be paying and whether we were ready to order. We didn't even get her name throughout the entire meal. Her demeanor made us feel like she was bothered to be serving us, and the overall service felt very rushed and inattentive. I specifically chose this location because I had previously visited the Embarcadero location in Pembroke Pines. Although that location was smaller, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and our server was extremely attentive, which made the experience so enjoyable. The food here was delicious, and I have no complaints about the quality of the food itself. Unfortunately, the poor service really took away from what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration because the food deserves better service.
