Their policy is to leave the shipment at the closest dry place they find however far they want to drive the truck in my case that was at the end of the driveway in the wide open. Left a pallet and half their bumper in pieces by a tree I am assuming they backed into. Now it's my mess because they assume no responsibility or accountability. Was on hold over 30 minutes and eventually received an email letting me know they aren't going to do any better. Worst company I have ever had to deal with and would not recommend to anyone. I was very skeptical after reading the reviews. But I have to say that these guys are exceptionally good. You really couldn't ask for anything more. They do what NO OTHER delivery company does. They CALLED me 3 days prior to schedule my delivery window. They offered a 30 min prior call. I called the day of delivery to confirm the delivery window. The lovely lady CALLED the dispatcher & confirmed the delivery window AND the predelivery call. He called me & promptly delivered my package. EVERYONE was super nice, professional, and accommodating. TLDR: These people suck! Amazon sent my package through this company, whose employees are liars. As a result, I am not at all happy about my dealings with Ceva Logistics. The Scoop: My delivery day arrived. Ten minutes before the delivery window was about to expire I get a phone call, "Your driver had a family emergency and they won't be delivering your package today." You couldn't have told me that earlier when I wasted my whole day waiting for you guys?! Unfortunately, the guy was unapologetic and seemed to care less. I could imagine this is probably what debating with a customer service robot will be like in the future. Cold. Hollow. Callus. Can't friggin wait! In fact you could probably replace this guy with one and save yourself some money there, Ceva Logistics. When your customer service team gives off major AI robot vibes, is it even customer service? He reschedules me to the following week. If there really was a family emergency, then wouldn't they be shipping this out the following day? It didn't make sense to me and rightfully so. When you don't tell the truth, sometimes the person you are lying to catches on and this was my first red flag that the road with Ceva was going to be rocky. Could not be a worse transportation company for home goods. 15 days to deliver their "5 day" shipment. Sat in Salt Lake terminal 7 days according to their non updated tracker. When I complained to the seller CEVA immediately updated the tracker to indicate "customer could not be located" to cover themselves. Delived two days later but it took the sellers intervention. Ordered a dresser online, the company (Bed Bath and Beyond/Overstock) chose Ceva for delivery. I was sent a tracking number saw package picked up, reached a hub, checked out, and estimated delivery date. I was content until the delivery day (Friday) came and went. I checked the website through the weekend and Monday morning for updates but nothing changed. I started reading Ceva reviews and just when I was about to panic I got a text from a 3rd party delivery service. How is that possible? The only reason that I found out my couch went to Rhode Island is because my entire information was on the packing slip. Thankfully the lady my couch went to is a honest person I contacted overstock, and they said that it takes three days for CEVA to get back to them because they only respond via email. Long story short, the couch is still sitting in the customers garage and this was two months ago July 6. We ordered an expensive rug for our basement. It arrived damaged. We ordered it again. It arrived damaged. We ordered from another company who also uses CEVA as their delivery agent. Guess what? It arrived damaged. In all three cases, it looks like the rug was dragged across a sharp gravel field. The exterior plastic wrap was shredded and the rug was ripped in several places. Absolutely brutal service. I'm not sure why AMAZON uses these guys, but their tracking is AWFUL and they're slow as molasses. I've had a large package sitting in Vancouver for almost 2 weeks for no reason, while my actual tracking has gone from 'in shipment' to 'at destination' to 'delivered'. I finally found out today that it's still sitting in the warehouse in Vancouver on its way to Toronto and hasn't left yet. The tracking is wrong on a regular basis, doesn't correspond with what's actually happening, and it's hard to get a truthful answer from their representatives. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. Does Ceva only employ individuals that are mentally handicapped? I don't know if that's the case, but I wouldn't be surprised to learn that's the case. Every time I speak to someone, whether from customer service or an actual delivery driver, I actually feel sympathy for how shockingly dumb each person is. Worst delivery service ever!!! Company's are going to lose business if they keep giving Ceva their business. I have a complete living room set sitting at the airport one mile from my house since 11/2/22 and 3 delivery dates they have failed to show up, or communicate they are not coming. Then they set new dates for delivery without telling you and still don't show up. I surely will not be ordering anything I want from Overstock anymore. I ordered a Washer & Dryer from Amazon. I never heard of CEVA. Go look at there reviews & don't use them they are terrible! CEVA was the shipper due to the items being from there Heavy Bulky Dept. CEVA failed to show up or to contact me as specified on the delivery date with my order. CEVA made me waist an entire day (8am-8pm) waiting for my delivery. CEVA didn't even contact Amazon to let them know something was wrong. I had to spend time calling Amazon to get the tracking # & other info so I could contact CEVA the next dAy. CEVA has the worst customer service I have ever experience! I had to call a total of 5 times before I was helped. 3 out of the 5 people that I spoke to were very rude employee. I was given the wrong # to there warehouse twice & I was lied too repeatedly as to where my order was. Eventually I found out that my brand new Kenmore Washer & Kenmore Dryer were on a broke down delivery truck on the side of the road in Jacksonville, Florida. I understand now why no-one wanted to tell me my delivery was still in the truck that remained broke down on the side of the road!!!! The people that owned the broke down truck explained to me they were contracted by CEVA to deliver my order. I was told that my order will be taken off of the broken down truck & put on another truck to be delivered to me sometime in the next 5 hours. Hours later the items were delivered in front of the garage. I was so happy to get the items I didn't notice that the boxes were identical until the next day Saturday morning when we began to move to our new address!! You are telling me that CEVA or the company that delivered the order didn't see this discrepancy when the invoices clearly say Kenmore Washing Machin & Kenmore Dryer. This error or whatever you want to call it should have been caught well before I was contacted to set up deliver! Worst experience ever !!! Do not use this logistic company. I have a shipment from order through COSTCO. The item was shipped through CEVA. Item was picked up on 9/30 from Texas in transit to Socal. 10/5 received automated system call to schedule delivery appointment. 1st available delivery 10/6. We weren't available to accept delivery so we push it out to 10/7 between 9am to 1pm. Come to find out on 10/7 the item is no where to be found and no ETA. What a disappointing company. We bought a gazebo through Costco that was supposed to be delivered through Ceva on Saturday- they called to reschedule for Monday, not a big deal. Monday rolls around and the window of delivery was 12-6. Nobody shows, nobody calls, 6 pm comes and no gazebo. Tuesday we reach out and learn that they "didn't have enough deliveries to make the trip". We were then told we would be one of the first deliveries on Wednesday between 9-12. 12 rolls around, nobody shows, nobody calls, I finally call at 2 pm only to find out that the driver is 2 hours away and has 7 more stops before he delivers the gazebo. I have now wasted 2 full days waiting for a delivery. No apologies were issued, no communication unless I reached out. So disappointing. read more

I spoke to one of the company's shippers, they stated that they have always had problems with them and do not know why they were still using them. I really wish I could give no stars because they don't deserve the one star. I have had several interactions with this company because stores that I shop online with utilize their services. Every encounter I have had with them has been horrible the most recent is probably the worst. After lying about trying to contact me myself along with the store representative attempted numerous times to reach out to them to schedule my delivery date since no one from Ceva had attempted to reach out and my due date for receiving my package was two days away. The store representative a day later was finally able to get in touch with someone had them to call me the person scheduled me for April 7 with a window of 9 AM to 1 PM. I even received a text message to confirm this. When 4 o'clock began to approach I called the store to get assistance with my delivery. The representative tried several times to reach someone and an issue usual she was unsuccessful, About an hour or two later I received A call from the store representative stating they had spoken to someone at Ceva and their last scan of the item was on March 30 and they didn't know where my package was even though if you clicked on tracking on their website it would show it was out for delivery and a window of 9 to 1 don't believe me see my pictures below. When you finally do reach someone which is extremely rare they are not friendly and quite rude and definitely not accommodating. This place has an "F" rating with the BBB and nothing but terrible reviews online from people who never received their products, were never able to get in touch with ANYONE from CEVA, and often cumulatively took several days off work after being given delivery time estimates on shipments that never showed up.
