I ordered a 36" printer from Dell. Ceva sent a flat of lithium batteries instead. When I check Ceva's website there was no updated tracking from 5/30/26 - 6/15/26. Today, after I refused the delivery, my IP address is blocked from accessing Ceva's website. This company is unprofessional. This company can't possibly be a logistics company. They took an item that was 22 miles away from me and shipped it 350 miles away, then moved it to another location 110 miles away before finally returning it to its original location 22 miles away. They drove right past me at least 3 different times and have been unable to make a basic delivery now for 20 days. read more

They don't keep in touch about your deliveries at all. I ordered from Walmart and was given an original due date of 4-21 then 4-22 and now 4-23. I can't sit at home all day every day, I have things to do. And even when they called FIVE MINUTES AWAY, mind you, tracking still saying delayed AND in a state nowhere near where I'm located, they couldn't wait 25 minutes for me to get home when allegedly they're supposed to call 30 minutes before arrival. Now I have to wait another whole day assuming it'll come tomorrow. Never again. Immediate refund if I ever see these people as my courier again. That's not even mentioning the rep I called to ask where my package is saying "oh I can pull call logs." Uh, so can I, dummy. As the owner of a logistics company with cargo vans & employees myself, this is by far THE WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY I'VE YET TO EXPERIENCE! Where did they come from? Where did the AUDACITY OF THE DRIVERS come from? I ordered 3 California King mattresses from Amazon. The Amazon PROFESSIONALS delivered one, PERFECTLY FINE, on time, in a HUGE box that they leaned neatly on my house until my husband & sons got home to move it, super heavy! ...Then, the other 2 were to be delivered by CEVA a company which I've never heard of. The 2nd mattress was 2 days late. Only if you all could have seen how they basically ROLLED the $4k SERTA, flat boxed CALI KING mattress down the hill at my house, landing it on the side of my house, cardboard box surrounding it compromised, zip tie straps from the box sprawled all over my lawn, and the mattress, EXPOSED, AND BENT IN HALF ALL DAY ON THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE, IN THE SUN, WITH THE PLASTIC MELTING! I guess the 3rd one was too heavy for the lazy delivery drivers to even attempt after they "delivered" the last one, so they emailed me regarding the 3rd mattress, saying it was "CANCELLED", due to customer refusing delivery (even though I'd never heard from the crooks to be able to cancel) and they sent it back! $4k! I promised myself I would leave a positive review for this service if everything went as planned. Considering their online reputation, I felt they deserved some positive representation if deserved. I ordered a 65 inch OLED from BJs. The delivery happened without a problem. In fact, after the TV arrived to their warehouse early, they even let me reschedule my delivery date to be one day early. My hold time to call was less than five minutes, the representative that i spoke to was polite and helpful. I was given a delivery window of 10-4, it arrived at 9:30, unharmed. I'm shocked at how terrible they are in a highly competitive market. I have been waiting on a very important piece of equipment and calling to find out where it is. Two days past it scheduled arrival I get a call from CEVA saying i will get next week some time. I said I will come to the warehouse and pick it up and they said the warehouse was closed for the weekend. it was 1:00pm on a Friday!!! I said to deliver it that afternoon and they it's too heavy for the trucks they had available. it can fit in my pick-up truck!!! Fine Saturday will work I said. It seems CEVA doesn't work weekends at all. How can they compete in such a highly competitive industry? we have Amazon deliveries at 10pm sometimes. They are horrible. They don't communicate and cancel for no reason. You think you can save with Walmart but you loose if you can't get the merchandise as promised. The loss of work pay is the worst problem. They give you a number to call which promptly goes dead after you have been on hold for 2:21 seconds in Columbus Ohio. There must be a way to tell retailers that if they use these clowns, we won't but from them. I wish I had used Best Buy. I dreaded delivery based on all of the reviews but we had a great experience. I had to call the Aurora location twice to schedule my delivery and, both times, the wait time wasn't too bad and the person who answered was friendly and efficient. She actually offered a next-day delivery, which we were amazed at. Luis was our delivery person. He was friendly and called us ahead of time to let us know he was on his way--well within the 4-hour delivery timeframe we'd been given. Our box was in good shape, as was its contents. Luis put the 150 lb box inside our doorway. They helped us to get our large package in time for Christmas. Thank you Ceva Logistics and Luis! read more

And don't even start to try talking to live person, because literally in their website no phone number, all they have is the form to submit, and still no response from them after I file. I was very hesitant when I ordered an item and saw all the reviews of this delivery service. However my experience was not like the negative ones, I was asked to confirm a delivery date, I was provided a time frame. On the day of delivery I called to see if they could let me know where I was on the schedule as I needed to pop out, they called the driver and found out for me. Only comment I would make is the online tracking didn't update otherwise would give 5 stars. Ordered a large item from Costco and took several tries to schedule a delivery appointment online (there was only one day/time option that popped up, so they don't even offer real choices). They completely missed the delivery window and then unilaterally changed the delivery time to the *entire day* next day. This company is the worst of American companies. I had them for a refrigerator and the employees were nothing less than gangsters. They damaged property and left with fridge parts. I had them for a washer and dryer and it was so bad I cancelled the order. Yesterday I almost fell over when I saw Costco was using them. Costco clearly states delivery to room of choice they would not do it . they would not bring the furniture into the house. It was one piece that weighed 350 pounds. They said weighed 450 it does not. I called Costco. They were furious and agreed that it does state room of choice. hopefully it will get escalated, and Costco will no longer use them. Their policy is to leave the shipment at the closest dry place they find however far they want to drive the truck in my case that was at the end of the driveway in the wide open. Left a pallet and half their bumper in pieces by a tree I am assuming they backed into. Now it's my mess because they assume no responsibility or accountability. Was on hold over 30 minutes and eventually received an email letting me know they aren't going to do any better. Worst company I have ever had to deal with and would not recommend to anyone. I was very skeptical after reading the reviews. But I have to say that these guys are exceptionally good. You really couldn't ask for anything more. They do what NO OTHER delivery company does. They CALLED me 3 days prior to schedule my delivery window. They offered a 30 min prior call. I called the day of delivery to confirm the delivery window. The lovely lady CALLED the dispatcher & confirmed the delivery window AND the predelivery call. He called me & promptly delivered my package. EVERYONE was super nice, professional, and accommodating. I really couldn't ask for anything more. I guess people only bother to leave feedback when they have a problem. Real shame. read more

Could not be a worse transportation company for home goods. 15 days to deliver their "5 day" shipment. Sat in Salt Lake terminal 7 days according to their non updated tracker. When I complained to the seller CEVA immediately updated the tracker to indicate "customer could not be located" to cover themselves. Delived two days later but it took the sellers intervention. Zero communication and they do not track things well at all. Beware if your seller is using CEVA. read more

A 1 star review for this company is FAR to generous since they don't even deserve that. Our delivery of a very large gazebo was scheduled to arrive within a 3 hour window in the morning and since it was such a high priced item, also required a signature. We were very aware of the fact this delivery consisted of several very large and HEAVY boxes, so we set time aside that morning to ensure we could have the boxes placed in the garage by the logistics company. The morning came on gone and the delivery window closed, so NO DELIVERY, nor did they even provide a courtesy call to advise of the delivery status. So after calling them, they apparently had not planned to deliver as scheduled, supposedly due to a shortage of drivers. After further discussion they agreed to have it delivered later in the day and would call when they were 30 minutes away. Well the evening came, we did not get a phone call and we had made plans away from the house. A expected nobody answered the phone when we called, but low and behold as we were heading out, the truck arrives in the driveway. So since we had a long week and refused to sacrifice our time out for a another crappy company, we had to ask them to leave the items in the driveway, which unfortunately left us with hauling these extremely heavy and large boxes into the garage ourselves later that night. Unfortunately for this purchase we didn't have a say in delivery options, but after this fiasco we will make it very clear CEVA Logistics will never deliver to us again! TLDR: These people suck! Amazon sent my package through this company, whose employees are liars. As a result, I am not at all happy about my dealings with Ceva Logistics. The Scoop: My delivery day arrived. Ten minutes before the delivery window was about to expire I get a phone call, "Your driver had a family emergency and they won't be delivering your package today." You couldn't have told me that earlier when I wasted my whole day waiting for you guys?! Unfortunately, the guy was unapologetic and seemed to care less. I could imagine this is probably what debating with a customer service robot will be like in the future. Cold. Hollow. Callus. Can't friggin wait! In fact you could probably replace this guy with one and save yourself some money there, Ceva Logistics. When your customer service team gives off major AI robot vibes, is it even customer service? He reschedules me to the following week. If there really was a family emergency, then wouldn't they be shipping this out the following day? It didn't make sense to me and rightfully so. When you don't tell the truth, sometimes the person you are lying to catches on and this was my first red flag that the road with Ceva was going to be rocky. The following week rolls around and I'm expecting my delivery yet again. Surely they wouldn't pull this maneuver a second time on me, right?! WRONG! Lo and behold, I get another call from them. Thankfully they didn't run out the delivery window clock like they did the following week but I still got the same bad news. The delivery won't be there. "Why?!" I ask them. This time is different. They blame the truck... "The truck is broken down. The truck was broken down last week and then we had you rescheduled for today and a different truck broke down again. Bad luck. So sorry" they say. What a bunch of lies, I say to myself. Red flag #2. This customer service must have missed the memo as the truck wasn't to blame last week, it was a "family emergency." I express my unhappiness with how this has all gone down thus far. I am assured that it will be there the following day no matter what. I guess we shall see. If I don't receive my delivery as promised, you people will be hearing more from me... You know what the best thing about telling the truth is? You don't have to remember what lie(s) you told.
