This was my first time getting any kind of cleaning service done, so I'll admit, I was worried about it. We just moved in to a new house and the previous owners ended up leaving their couches and also a not so lovely dog smell behind. I got quotes from about 5 different companies for my 4 bed 2 story home that has approx 1500sq ft of carpet in it. This company was $100+ CHEAPER than every other quote. Of course cheaper isn't always better, but I knew we'd be replacing these carpets soon and I just wanted them CLEAN. They had an appointment available the morning after I got a quote. I received a 30 min heads up call that he would be showing up and like clockwork he showed up right on time. We did a walkthrough and he explained what type of carpet it was and that the traffic paths are mostly worn. I explained there had been a pet previously, which he knew based off the smell and visible pet hair everywhere, and he gave me the price of using a deodorizer/sanitizer but did not push me adding it on at all. Originally I had only wanted to get my carpets done but last minute I wanted the couches and recliner cleaned as well. He was very accommodating and said it was no problem to add the couches. He spent a good while vacuuming up every inch of the flooring first which I was happy to see. He was very clean with his work and he worked well around our copious amounts of boxes everywhere from the move. When he finished he asked me to take a look at the work and let me know what I thought or if I had any concerns. I'll admit, I was iffy at first because the carpets don't look necessarily "clean" when they're still wet. He explained it would lighten up as it dried and i knew he did a thorough job so I said it was good. He let me know if anything did come up or if I wanted them to hit another problem spot again that he'd be more than happy to come out again. He was packed up in less than 10 minutes from time of finish. The carpets have now completely dried and I can say now with confidence that the carpets look much better! Decided to get the carpets cleaned at my parents' house as a nice surprise for them. I don't think they've ever been cleaned! For real, like 20 years... Called up Pure Solutions after calling some other big name places and thought I'd go for the local guy, who also had the the best price. Joseph was really nice on the phone (he got me scheduled for the next day!) and he was a total professional when he got here to do the work. He suggested the Degreaser because the pets and my kids made all sorts of weird stains and you could definitely tell where the high traffic areas were. After he got done, carpet looks completely new! Unfortunately, my dog suffered from some type of food poisoning or perhaps, diarrhea, which resulted in a crazy-stinky-mess in my studio apartment. What made matter worse, 90% of my apartment is carpeted, so you can probably imagine how much of it were covered in poo/urine/vomit stain. Basically, my whole studio looked like a trashed brown and yellow camouflage. Thankfully, I thought of yelp and found Pure Solutions. I immediately contacted them and was actually surprised at how quick the respond was. Joe phoned me and was immediately set for an appointment in the same week. The day of my appointment came and I totally forgot about it. Good thing Joe called a few minutes before he got to my place. He then got to assessing the stain and offered options. He wasn't at all pushy about his other services, but rather, offered only what I really needed. He even gave me a discount! The whole cleaning process probably took only about an hour. I didn't even have to do anything, well aside from taking my dog out while he cleans away. After cleaning my carpet, he explained to me some of the reason why a particular spot wasn't 100% removed, which is pretty much understandable. I love the fact that the drying time was quicker than I expected. (But, of course, having my doors/windows open helped.) And based on other yelp reviews, he also does upholstery on furniture and stuff. Overall, I highly recommend Joe over at Pure Solutions to anyone/family that needs their carpet cleaned.
