I just had my carpets cleaned today by Pure Solutions. I called on Monday and they were able to get me scheduled for this morning. The tech was on time and very professional. He did a walk through of my home and pointed out certain imperfections and damage that was irreversible due to age and sun damage. He recommended different packages and different levels of cleanings. I decided to go with the whole house standard cleaning just to give it a shot and see what these guys could to with the advertised price. I spent less then 200 dollars for 2,000 square feet of carpet along with my stairs. When the job was completed I was very pleased with the results, it came out much better then I thought it would and it really dried in 2 hours like the tech said it would. The best part about the whole experience was that the tech did not put any sales pressure on me. He was happy to complete the job at the advertised price and I was very happy about that. I've had big name companies come out in the past and spent well over 500 dollars to clean my carpet and the results were pretty much the same to me. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting some old school quality service. Thanks Pure Solutions. read more

I can't say enough good things about Certified SteemPro! From start to finish, the experience was beyond anything I expected. Scheduling was a breeze -- they were flexible, responsive, and made it work with my hectic schedule. When the team arrived, they were professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about their work. They took the time to walk through each room with me, pointing out tough stains and explaining exactly what they could do. Honestly, I didn't expect miracles, but they absolutely delivered! Not only were the carpets spotless and fresh-smelling, but they also managed to remove stains I thought were permanent (like an old coffee spill and some pet messes). What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared. They added extra treatments at no charge just to make sure everything looked perfect, and even gave me tips on how to keep the carpets cleaner longer. They left my home feeling refreshed -- it was like walking into a brand-new house! If you're looking for a company that truly goes above and beyond, look no further. Certified SteemPro has earned a loyal customer for life. Highly recommend to anyone who wants quality, professionalism, and outstanding results! read more

Joe is amazing! He was able to come to my house in just two days (all the other carpet cleaners were very slow in returning my calls). His prices are far reduced compared to the other carpet cleaners I contacted. Our carpet has not been professionally cleaned in ten years, we thought we'd have to replace it. He works alone, very efficiently. First he vacuumed the downstairs, then he used a water-efficient system and cleaned the whole house using just 10 gallons of water! This is a nice perk considering the drought. He also brings all his own water and supplies, so he's not using the house water at all. We got the entire house deep cleaned and sanitized for about $900 (upstairs, downstairs, loft, 4 bedrooms, about 2800 square feet in total). If instead we got the down stairs to be deep cleaned and the upstairs to be the standard cleaning it would be about $400. He will look around and give you quotes and suggestions based on what you need. For the high traffic areas it will take about 8 hours to fully dry, but for the rest it should dry in about 4 hours. He was also able to clean our area rugs. I will add my before and after photos in a bit. read more

Chose Pure Solutions several months ago to stretch the carpet in my dad's house in Riverside. Joseph and his crew came over with very short notice and did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Based on their performance I hired them again this time to clean the Travertine flooring in my new house in Corona. They arrived on time, worked hard and took great care to see that the floors where spotlessly clean. Again the price was very reasonable and the work professional. I recommend them highly. Thank you Pure Solutions! read more

This is the best business for serious cleaning of your home. They are far better than Coit or Stanley Steemer. I have tried them and others. Joe is professional and keeps his word. My home is a big investment and I will only trust Pure Solutions from now on. Joe cleaned my all tile bathroom including the shower and floor. The white tile came out brighter. The kitchen granite was cleaned and sealed. I remember now why I chose to install it. Thank you Joe and John. read more

We recently purchased another home and we thought that we were going to have to replace the carpet because it had so many ripples in it. We asked the professionals at Pure Solutions to come out and take a look at it to see if it could be repaired. They not only stretched and cleaning the carpet but made it look Brand New. They did a fantastic job and saved us thousands of dollars in would have been the cost of new carpet. Thanks for the great service Joseph! read more

Excellent professional and friendly service. Cleaned my carpet and stone floors within the proposed time frame. After the work is completed, he provided great tips on care and maintenance. The floors and carpet dried fast and do not give off any overpowering cleaning solution odor. I would recommend Pure Solutions to anyone looking for a reliable, independently owned and operated floor cleaning company. I wish he cleaned hardwood floors as well!! read more

The service is great. Joe is professional and efficient, and is willing to throw in some extra service to clean the stain for free. The price is also good for me.
