It is an easy process to pick up an online order. You don't need to go through the store to a register. You simply go to the pick up counter. The staff will help you load your vehicle as needed. We were traveling from 2 hours away and we arrived earlier than expected. When we arrived to the pick up door, we were greeted by Brayden who notified us that they still needed to grab the tile we ordered from a full crate so the tiles would be from the same tile lot versus us just grabbing tile boxes. We grabbed lunch and when we returned our order was ready. As Brayden and team started loading the tile into our SUV, they realized the weight of the tile is more weight than our vehicle can handle. We left half the order there and returned the next day to pick up the other half of the order. Day two pick up was a positive experience with the staff as well.

We got our wavy glossy ceramic white tile for our shower remodel here. I liked that they had everything on display with the type, style name and barcode clearly visible - and in some cases, had display examples printed or physically onsite. PRICES I was very impressed with the pricing. As far as tile goes, it was very affordably priced, even for some of the more trending styles. They also have some discount or clearance options that are down to the last boxes which would be great for folks renovating or looking for smaller amounts! The cashier helped us a ton - telling us about the return/refund policies, pointing out the other tile related items they offer, etc. When we came back to return our unused boxes, they were a huge help too. I had told them I had that my project was somewhat time sensitive and after their initial emailed proposal, I replied with some questions/edits. I didn't hear anything back for a couple days, so I emailed back and had no reply. So then I called them and was told that I'd have a reply to my email by the next day. Near the end of the next day, I still had no reply to my email, so I walked down to their office and inquired in person; I was told that the person handling my project, the owner Katie, was not even in that day but that I'd get a reply the next day. Well, no big surprise - still no reply the next day! I guess some people just do not want business and don't have the common courtesy to communicate with their customers, especially when it is made clear that there are time constraints. I had much higher hopes for this project and using their services but I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

They had an excellent selection in their showroom of stone plus they had a nice clearance department out on the lot that you could look through yourself. The young man that helped me in the showroom was pleasant and efficient. The young man they sent out to measure and do the template was excellent. He said he had been working for 20 years doing this. And the crew that they sent out with the quartz to install and cut the holes for the sink and plumbing fixtures were excellent. It was the same stone, but with a different name that I was looking at at Menards. I believe I got a comparable price with service that I trusted. There was no way that I was going to trust Menards with this portion of the project. The pictures show the countertop installation with temporary plumbing fixtures. The bathroom is only half done.
