If they call it's usually "I'm here in front of your house!" What a gentleman! Was done in an hour. Perfect installation. Could not have been more thorough in explaining care and maintenance. Left the room spotless. Seriously, I never write reviews. But he was impressive. Even looked at some paint samples and gave me honest opinion, so much appreciated. He even made me a lazy Susan with a piece of quartz leftover from the counter tops. Super friendly and super thoughtful! They were very careful in covering my wood floors with tarps and I can say no walls or floors or doorframes were dinged in the process of bringing in and installing everything. We would highly recommend him and hire him again in a heartbeat. There is still work to be done in both the bathrooms and the kitchen but I will update with photos once the projects are complete.

I've always figured that replacing it would require careful measurements and a very precise, professional installer, which is what I got from this team two months ago. They are detail-oriented and really care about perfection. Worth mentioning that this was part of a bigger renovation that was ordered through Minnesota Rusco, a now-defunct company that left me with some unfinished business. I'm pretty sore at Minnesota Rusco, but Stoneworx got their end of the job done very satisfactorily. When Rusco went under, Joe from Stoneworx reached out to me to let me know that if I had any issues (which I don't, after two months) I could connect with them directly. I love my countertop and my new sink, and I would highly recommend contacting Stoneworx directly for this kind of work.

We built our home a little over a year ago and because of the builder we couldn't shop for…read moreflooring. Needless to say we will never use FocalPoint in the future for any flooring. Our laminate floor started separating about 6 months into its life. They sent someone out to glue the pieces together. That lasted about a week. Next they filed a claim with Shaw flooring. Their rep wrote that it was homeowners fault for using water on the floor. The floor has never seen water. We have always used the Bona laminate floor cleaner that was suggested by Focalpoint. Focalpoint is not willing to work with us at all. Also, are carpet, that we upgraded from the builder grade, is pulling away from seams, fraying and badly matted in the high traffic areas. They came and stretched the carpet once and again basically said we were SOL. It's nice to know a company cares about the products and the people they are working with. Good luck to you if you choose to go with them.
