Much much better in my opinion than spending my hard earned money on overpriced, jacked up items on reselling websites. Highly highly recommended and if you do call or go in, I would recommend asking for Lyra. She is lovely and will definitely help you with all your needs. My mom and I have been loyal Patina customers for over 25 years, visiting locations from Bryant…read moreAve. to Northeast, and now Roseville. Shopping at Patina has always been a cherished part of our outings. Sadly, that tradition came to an abrupt and upsetting end yesterday on Mother's Day. I share this as a warning to others: the Patina team appears more interested in targeting their customers than treating them with dignity or respect. On Mother's Day, the Roseville store manager, Trina, accused my 83-year-old mother of shoplifting-- claiming she saw her steal something several weeks earlier. My mother is one of the kindest, most honest people you could ever meet. She's a retired retail associate who spent over a decade at Herbergers and has never stolen a thing in her life. Trina offered zero proof-- no video, no photo, no name on file. Trina, along with an associate with a judging attitude, showed us one blurry image of a person standing at the counter, photographed from behind, who could've been anyone. Claiming this has some sort of proof. Trina also claimed a police report had been filed and that my mother spoke to police. She gave us a case number. When we contacted the Roseville Police Department, we were told no reports were filed in 2025. The case number Trina gave us referred to a 2024 incident involving a woman with the initials B. W. - not even close to my mother's name. This was a blatant attempt to justify a false accusation and make us go away. I followed up yesterdays incident by emailing the district manager, Karin Tappero, as directed by staff. I did not receive a response. Being wrongly accused and publicly embarrassed-- on Mother's Day, no less -- was incredibly hurtful. It completely overshadowed what was meant to be a joyful day. My mom and I were left shaken, humiliated, and heartbroken. After decades of loyalty, I can't express how degrading and disappointing this experience was. Patina used to be such a fun shop for us to go to together. We will never return to any of their stores and happy to bring our business elsewhere. In today's retail climate, it's astonishing that Patina has no problem alienating and falsely accusing longtime customers. Shoppers deserve better.

But I do have shoulder length hair so I guess I deserved it.

(Everything was cheaper than the dollar store in the same strip mall) The checkout line was like twenty people deep before they opened another register. I was foolish and didn't grab a cart so my arms were literally shaking by the time it was my turn to pay lol. Checkout employee was nice enough and friendly. We love the style of scandinavian design furniture. I…read moreusually do not post reviews. Here is our experience. We purchased the Holfred dining set and side board for our dining room. After 6 mo the tables showed signs of warping in the wood. We also had weird spots start showing up on the top of the sideboard (it was always covered with a piece of custom glass). Mike the store manager was so understanding and helpful and let me exchange it for a different piece (we did have the extended warranty). Then, we went back and bought another table for our kitchen. We purchased the Oliver. Once it was delivered, it just didn't look right in our kitchen. And when we fully extended it with the leaf, there was large gap in the middle and it was very noticeable. We went into this store within two days and stated we would like to exchange it for something else. Sam was obliged to do so, although we were told we had to pay a 20% stocking fee. We did end up exchanging for a different table at scandinavian design, but we did end up having to pay a $300 restocking fee. Seems excessive especially if you're exchanging becuase of a product your not satisfied with. So my advice is to make sure you ask them to open it if there's a leaf and really, really pay attention to the quality before you bring it home. We will still continue to buy from there.Although I will pay more attention to those aspects.

Trying to locate a few items in the massive store was quite an undertaking. Definitely take advantage of the pick up in store option online instead. I came in specifically to look at Joybird sofas as they are an authorized retailer and have sofas on the sales floor. Its scary to make an online purchase (and such a large, custom purchase) without touching and feeling an item, so I was thrilled to learn this store was so close to home and had what I was looking to purchase. I had a great time working with Kristin. After countless emails and a couple visits to the store I ordered my sofa, and also ended up with a chair and lamp. Kristin was great to offer her designer opinion while listening to mine and helping me make the big decision based on my existing home design. They offer financing (OAC) and 'white glove' delivery (they take all the packaging stuff with them when they leave, set the item in the room of your choosing) just like Joybird, but they will for other items you purchase there, too. The kicker is the 2 week in home trial period. Keep it for two weeks and if you decide you hate it they will take it back to the store and offer you store credit to replace the item. This really eased my worry about spending 2K on a sofa I may not like as much in person. I can't wait until it arrives! They also have home decor items here, like pillows and lamps. Its a super fun place to just look around and get inspiration, or fall in love with a custom fox lamp which would totally look amazing on your nightstand. Or maybe that fun mounted anatomical model of a heart on your desk. Or maybe that chair with acrylic arms. You get the idea... Inventory is changing constantly, so visit often. See you there!
