Christine working at Clinique was the first person to acknowledge me throughout the entire beauty floor. Every other worker was on their phone or in private conversation with eachother. Christine greeted me, asked how she could help. After hearing what I was looking for she offered a product demonstration and helped me find the match for my skin tone. She did a great job of applying the products, explaining as she went. She took my 0 star experience up to a 4star. I'd give 5 if based solely on her. I personally would not make the trip to purchase my items from this beauty floor but I would consider coming back to purchase from Christine with Clinique.

This location specifically seems to have a lot of trouble with staffing. I've always had a lot of trouble finding help when I need it, although the cash registers are usually staffed pretty well. Expect to wait in line for a few minutes, but that's not terrible. The location is very nice and has a shared parking lot with many other stores in this complex. The parking lot has a poorly designed entrance (unfortunately, right near Kohl's) and can be dangerous. I have almost been hit there several times by people who weren't paying attention to what they were doing, or the uniqueness of the driving space. In recent years, this location of Kohl's has been very clean and organized. I am glad to see that they have gotten better with upkeep of the store and the merchandise!
