I was greeted by a very friendly sales associate who assisted me in the purchase of two awesome new shirts. The staff were all pleasant and genuinely engaging throughout the sales process. Hammer Made takes a rather unique approach to their clothing in that everything they sell is designed by their owner and only made in very limited quantities. You can feel confident that when you wear one of their shirts you won't see five other people wearing the same thing!

They have a great selection of items, especially if you're looking for workwear (they've got great options for both casual and more business-y dress code). In addition to the great selection and prices, you can also count on good service. I am always greeted warmly, and if I need help, I am always able to get it. Checkout is always seamless, too! Visiting Nordstrom's Racks sometimes feel like a treasure hunt. You never know if you're going to…read morefind that designer bag or shoes for 80% off or if all you're going to find is the Nordstrom rack brand items. That's what makes it fun! The Rack in Maple Grove is decent sized and well laid out. They tend to have a bit of a smaller selection of the higher end designers that you can find at the Mall of America Nordstrom rack but still a decent variety. They carry women's, men's, children's, shoes, accessories and home goods. Parking is plentiful but the traffic flow is a little tricky directing you right into the first row. That row gets 100% of incoming traffic so I'd recommend parking one or two over. Customer service here is always good. While you are kind of on your own to hunt the racks (if you want a personalized shopping experience head to the actual Nordstrom's) the employees always seem to be in a good mood and helpful when checking out. Dressing rooms are always clean and they have plenty of spaces to try on items. It helps when people return unwanted items to the return racks so do your part and don't leave them in the room. Overall I think visiting this location is fun and I rarely leave empty handed!

And spoke to someone that claimed to be a manager they said they would investigate the situation. They claimed to have check cameras, and they claimed that the shoes were in the bag, but the shoes never made it home with me. I'm a professional medical provider I have two twin boys, a husband there is no other female in the house and I know what I saw and how this person was acting at the register. Just make sure you check your items before leaving this store! Especially when you have someone that's bagging your stuff on the ground versus on the countertop!

I really didn't look around at anything else but generally everything looked neat and organized on my way in and out. I walked past a few staff without any interaction, which is kind of the norm now for customer service, I guess. Staff were friendly and willing to help and even call other stores to check for an item. Staff were also fulfilling tasks but able to multitask and help customers, made us feel like a priority. Her manager Adam was involved in our transaction and was full of smiles and great suggestions. In the end (with their help) we found a coupon and some incredible discounts. We got our daughter a coat as well as other items for a fraction of what we were expecting to spend. Christina and Adam were great!
