We discussed and agreed to the project schedule and expectations. What transpired was a serious lack of transparency and management. We were taken advantage of including paying for work that was never done and were told it was, hurried work that required rework multiple times, schedule slippage by multiple weeks causing us to incur additional costs and rescheduling subsequent contractors. John discussed making things right, however we were well past the point of allowing for this to continue and paid for a different contractor to finish the remaining rework. They called saying their "estimate system was being changed over to new program " and they would have to call back in a day or so. Well that was over three weeks ago and no call back. I guess these people don't want business. We won't be back with crap service like that. We went to Tileworks in Maple Grove. Much better experience and tons of flooring in-stock. Better selection and better prices too.

My business wasnt good enough for them as i was just looking to carpet a small bedroom in our basement. As a Sales Rep myself I was completely shocked at the service I received. After leaving the store I made a visit to Home Depot and Menards and received great service.
