If they call it's usually "I'm here in front of your house!" What a gentleman! Was done in an hour. Perfect installation. Could not have been more thorough in explaining care and maintenance. They are detail-oriented and really care about perfection. Worth mentioning that this was part of a bigger renovation that was ordered through Minnesota Rusco, a now-defunct company that left me with some unfinished business. I'm pretty sore at Minnesota Rusco, but Stoneworx got their end of the job done very satisfactorily. When Rusco went under, Joe from Stoneworx reached out to me to let me know that if I had any issues (which I don't, after two months) I could connect with them directly. I love my countertop and my new sink, and I would highly recommend contacting Stoneworx directly for this kind of work.

They had an excellent selection in their showroom of stone plus they had a nice clearance department out on the lot that you could look through yourself. The young man that helped me in the showroom was pleasant and efficient. The young man they sent out to measure and do the template was excellent. He said he had been working for 20 years doing this. And the crew that they sent out with the quartz to install and cut the holes for the sink and plumbing fixtures were excellent. It was the same stone, but with a different name that I was looking at at Menards. I believe I got a comparable price with service that I trusted. There was no way that I was going to trust Menards with this portion of the project. The pictures show the countertop installation with temporary plumbing fixtures. The bathroom is only half done.

We went with Touchdown Tile for our upstairs bathroom remodel, as they came highly recommended. We…read morereceived our estimate at the beginning of September in 2024, Final payment 12/30. Initially we were told it would be done by Thanksgiving and it ended up going through Christmas. Throughout this process there were numerous issues. They installed a bath fan that still did not work appropriately and the contractor put his foot through the newly finished knockdown ceiling, floor tile improperly laid, improper grouting (they had to reapply multiple times), electrical outlet and switch not installed level, they damaged the bathtub, the entire tile surround in shower was installed badly and waving. Not to mention the mess left outside, drywall compound/grout water being dumped in my backyard and damaged my siding/grass; and a piece of plywood in the front yard that was buried by snow during the project and killed my grass when found in spring. Due to this, I reached out to the GC about my complaints in March of 2025. The GC was shocked by the quality of the initial job and stated he would correct the mistakes. They finished corrections in January 2026. After the "corrections", the bathroom fan doesn't work and drips a lot of water when in use. The entire surround was replaced and still not done well, the tiles aren't aligned and in one spot i have a cut myself a few times from the tile jutting out. Not to mention, I purchased this tile for the contractors and didn't receive payment until the fix was complete months later. This was brought up during the second surround installation and the solution was to add more grout to the bottom of the jutting out tile. This grout has since deteriorated and it is sharp again. Grouting was done incorrectly and redone 3 times during the fix. Multiple attempts to patch the damage to the tub were done, damage still visible in 2 spots. They tiled over a water pipe that held the shower wand, so we had to wait for the GC to drill into the tile to reveal the pipe. The plumber came out to the drilling being incomplete and had to reschedule multiple times. To the plumber and I's dismay, this delayed the process. On the other side of the shower there is a closet with an access panel which has began to show increased signs of water intrusion at the top of the wall near the shower head. In the end, I was compensated for the tile I purchased + a little extra. (this did not cover the cost of tile plus interest due to delays). Plus a bathroom with improper tiling, a steam issue (to the point it has rusted the light fixture in the bathroom), and incredibly messy finishes (including towel racks falling out of wall). We wasted 20k dollars and will have to pay to have the bathroom remodeled, yet again. BEWARE, please think twice before using this company. I will not be recommending/referring them to any friends, family, or clients.

Just had the most gorgeous kitchen peninsula installed for WAY WAY less than I would have thought…read morepossible. The install was incredibly fast and incredibly through. Like, I told them they didn't have to re-attach the corbels under the overhang because I planned to paint them first, and they, without any prompting on my end, sanded the old glue off the backs of the corbels so they'd be easier for me to re-attach later! Where do you find service like that anymore?! Plus the warehouse staff went to incredible lengths to help me find just exactly the stone I wanted- and their remnants are HUGE so I could get much better stone than I should have been able to afford. Someday when I can fix up the horrible old vanity in the upstairs bathroom I'll be happy to return to these folks for it.

He even made me a lazy Susan with a piece of quartz leftover from the counter tops. Super friendly and super thoughtful! They were very careful in covering my wood floors with tarps and I can say no walls or floors or doorframes were dinged in the process of bringing in and installing everything. We would highly recommend him and hire him again in a heartbeat. There is still work to be done in both the bathrooms and the kitchen but I will update with photos once the projects are complete.
