They are detail-oriented and really care about perfection. Worth mentioning that this was part of a bigger renovation that was ordered through Minnesota Rusco, a now-defunct company that left me with some unfinished business. I'm pretty sore at Minnesota Rusco, but Stoneworx got their end of the job done very satisfactorily. When Rusco went under, Joe from Stoneworx reached out to me to let me know that if I had any issues (which I don't, after two months) I could connect with them directly. Just had the most gorgeous kitchen peninsula installed for WAY WAY less than I would have thought…read morepossible. The install was incredibly fast and incredibly through. Like, I told them they didn't have to re-attach the corbels under the overhang because I planned to paint them first, and they, without any prompting on my end, sanded the old glue off the backs of the corbels so they'd be easier for me to re-attach later! Where do you find service like that anymore?! Plus the warehouse staff went to incredible lengths to help me find just exactly the stone I wanted- and their remnants are HUGE so I could get much better stone than I should have been able to afford. Someday when I can fix up the horrible old vanity in the upstairs bathroom I'll be happy to return to these folks for it.
