I am above-and-beyond impressed with Floor Coverings International North Twin Cities, and more…read morespecifically, with Spencer. My husband and I were looking to purchase flooring for a large space that we planned to install ourselves. The flooring needed to withstand three large dogs, be easy to clean, and still look beautiful in the space. Spencer was incredibly patient throughout the process. He gave us space to browse products while ensuring we understood the pros and cons of each flooring type. We originally looked at flooring from Home Depot, Menards, and Floor & Decor, but nothing compared to the quality offered by this company. Despite our limited budget, Spencer worked with us and provided pricing for several options. We ultimately chose an Inhaus herringbone product that can be challenging to install. Spencer took the time to ensure my husband felt prepared, offering several tips to make the installation process smoother and minimize waste. Once our order was placed, the flooring was delivered quickly and arrived without any damage. The finished look exceeded our expectations. Overall, I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International North Twin Cities to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional service. I'll post photos once the project is fully complete!

I am just tired of the disruption to my families and my life. I am 100% unhappy with the quality of work and the unfinished result. It started with the installation of the wrong carpet... now it has taken them 5 times to come and fix issues with the wood floor they installed. They said they would install vent covers... they did only half. There are molding issues, chipped edges on end boards, unlevel flooring and no real attempt to make it right... even though they pleaded that that was their goal. This was a $20k error in judgement on my part ... please do not enter into agreements with this company. Satisfaction is not one of their goals.

Sara B, I couldn't agree with you more. Roger called me in panic two months ago to frame a house…read morefor him because he said his other framers couldn't do the job for him. I'm seeing now why they had no interest in framing for him. All the red flags were there. On the very first day we showed up at the job I knew this was going to be a total debacle. We were there for 10 minutes and found that the block foundation was 3.5 inches out of level. Roger uses block foundations. Roger might be the only person on earth that uses block foundations anymore. I personally haven't seen a block foundation used in close to 13 years now, and I've had my framing company for 16 years. Roger uses block foundations because they're cheap, and the only thing that matters to Roger is the bottom line. Through the course of the project you'll find that Roger is absolutely nowhere to be found. Once the rest of the mechanical subs showed up, I got a real feel for the type of subs Roger was hiring. They were all kids. Roger hires the cheapest possible subs he can find to get the job done. He hops around from sub to sub hoping to save himself a few $$$ all the while throwing quality completely out of the window. Bottom line is, he's a realtor/builder, and that is the very worst kind of builder you can hire. These types of realtor/contractors are only really good at one thing, and that's sales. Do your homework. Find a contractor that only does one thing and that's contracting.
