We had a great experience at Floor and Decor Maple Grove…read more We ordered our tile online as we already knew what we wanted and picked it out at one of the AZ locations. It is an easy process to pick up an online order. You don't need to go through the store to a register. You simply go to the pick up counter. The staff will help you load your vehicle as needed. We were traveling from 2 hours away and we arrived earlier than expected. When we arrived to the pick up door, we were greeted by Brayden who notified us that they still needed to grab the tile we ordered from a full crate so the tiles would be from the same tile lot versus us just grabbing tile boxes. We grabbed lunch and when we returned our order was ready. As Brayden and team started loading the tile into our SUV, they realized the weight of the tile is more weight than our vehicle can handle. We left half the order there and returned the next day to pick up the other half of the order. Day two pick up was a positive experience with the staff as well.

I've found so many great items for my house and special events-- Linens, area rugs, natural soaps, art prints, the list goes on... I even bought some ceramics and glassware to use as part of my wedding table centerpieces. The prices are very reasonable, I just wish I could buy everything in the store! The store is conveniently located next to a Marshalls and a dollar store. Lots of parking space too but like most of this area in Maple Grove it gets very busy on the weekends. The staff here are pretty friendly and I've never had an issue with returns.

Every store receives different stock, so if you see something you like, BUY IT! There's no guarantee it will be there tomorrow. On the flip side, tomorrow or next week may bring some great additions that weren't there the last time you were in. I really enjoy shopping at this store not only for my home, but for gifts and staging items for my business (real estate). You'll find treasures throughout this store. I'm a fan!!!

Finally got the furniture we ordered. After two beds were delivered broken, Bob's sent out a repair…read moreperson 10 days after the initial delivery. All they could do is confirm that the two beds were not fixable. Uh, yes, your delivery assembly team told you that already. I thought they were coming out with new parts to fix the two beds. Nope. Next they promised to send new beds the following week. Following week, the King replacement worked, but the new Queen bed that was delivered was also unable to be assembled. I told the rep on the phone that I wanted all of it returned and my money refunded because I'm concerned about how long this furniture will last if it can't even get delivered without being broken. He offered a small refund of a portion of our bill and promised to assemble the next bed ahead of time to ensure no issues. The following week, the bed was once again not working, and had obvioisly not been assembled before delivery as promised. This time my husband who is an aviation engineer and DIY handyman around the house helped troubleshoot the assembly and managed to get the drawers installed and working (for now). We had guests coming the next day so weren't able to restart the furniture search. I'm just grateful my husband was able to troubleshoot the furniture. We will not ever shop at Bob's again. The 2 stars is because their delivery teams, their repair person, their salesperson at the store and their customer service teams were all extremely nice. Bob's just doesn't make good furniture. That's a problem. Three Queen deliveries and 3 were unrepairable or needing to be repaired. Unacceptable.

I responded saying I was just checking out the place and was seeing what they had available. Then I was given some space, which I personally appreciate. The staff wasn't pushy nor did they hover above me. As far as the furniture, they have a very wide selection. A lot of high-end items with build quality that's designed to last. However, there were very few items within my price range. As a new homeowner, I'm on a tight budget and this place just isn't for me. You get what you pay for though. The chairs, tables, couches, etc. all looked great and you could tell they were solid. I would recommend Thomasville if you're looking for quality furniture that looks elegant and will likely last decades.

Mode just doesn't seem to be the place for me. It's full of super-trendy castoffs (mostly "Soprano"…read morebrand clothing for the tops) that are pretty cheaply made. Most of the shirts look like they would start pilling/fading if you glanced at them the wrong way. I'm not opposed to trendy, either, but these fall on the kinda-ugly side of trendy. Their "designer" $40 jeans are made of extremely thin material, and while they have signs citing (with pictures) which celebrities wore the jeans...well, I just don't feel like spending my money on stuff that's going to fall apart with one washing. Maybe if you're a celebrity you can roll that way. Me? Not so much. The selection is pretty tiny and very limited to a narrow *type* of clothing. I was looking for a dress, but couldn't find anything that I couldn't find in Forever 21. If you like disposable, trendy clothing, this might be the place for you. Otherwise? Notsomuch.

Not even when my one item came in did they call me about it. Instead, they sent an email. Mind you, all the time they had the item in the store but said they could not sell it to me because it does not work that way for them. Seriously? Ever heard of supply chain and global inventory concepts? Wake up. It is the 21 century Kirkland's and customer service is everything--not to mention being environmentally conscious. Well, whatever, I won't be back.
