The store is conveniently located next to a Marshalls and a dollar store. Lots of parking space too but like most of this area in Maple Grove it gets very busy on the weekends. The staff here are pretty friendly and I've never had an issue with returns.

One of the employees looked at me and said, "oh do you want to pay?" Their online ordering service is ridiculous. They did not send my order until three weeks after and then back ordered half the order. I waited all that time until I could get my room set up only to have them tell me no. They said they would communicate with me on all issues but I heard nothing if I did not call myself. Not even when my one item came in did they call me about it. Instead, they sent an email. Mind you, all the time they had the item in the store but said they could not sell it to me because it does not work that way for them. Seriously? Ever heard of supply chain and global inventory concepts? Wake up. It is the 21 century Kirkland's and customer service is everything--not to mention being environmentally conscious. Well, whatever, I won't be back.
