I'd classify this as more gift shop / boutique vibes than a true thrifting experience: they have a bunch of darling local or handmade goodies that are perfect for gifting. I always find things I love here - I bought some felted flowers last time! They also have secondhand clothing in the back half of the store, many with a vintage vibe, very well curated. The space is bright and airy and fun to poke around! Prices are in line with what you'd expect from a gifting boutique.

Curiosity is across the street from Young Joni and Dangerous Man, and it is a lovely little place! When we entered, we were greeted by an employee. Not even just greeted; he also struck up friendly conversation. Nice! Literally! The store is small but mighty, boasting very eye-pleasing house wares, gifts, decor, and more. I was mostly interested in and impressed with their plant holders/pots, local and mindful infant toys, care packages for new mothers, dinnerware, wall decor, and other pretty little things made by local artists. I thought the prices were very reasonably considering the items were mindfully curated and mostly locally sourced. I really look forward to coming back and shopping here once we get settled in our new home. The friendly employee (or maybe owner??) said that they rotate their inventory often. He also said that they don't have a ton of local clout (hence me neglecting them this whole time), so stop in and tell them you saw them on Yelp!

(Well, except the clothes. They really have no opinion on clothing yet. But I'm sure they would love them, if they were old enough to understand fashion.) The owner is super nice and has great suggestions on what to buy even if you only have a vague idea of what you're looking for. She's been all over the store showing me things she thought my babies would like, and opened some of the packages so we could try them out. The place is called Teeny Bee for a reason, they have a lot of baby stuff, and some toddler stuff, but not much for kiddos older than that. They do have classes in the basement that I think are usually free- dance classes and music classes. I can't wait til my boys are old enough to go! You should also "like" her page on FB, she announces random sales and gives product reviews. Here's the only slightly negative- it's on the expensive side. But it's boutique stuff that you can't buy at Babies-R-Us or Target. And in my opinion, it's way better than most of the stuff you'll get there anyhow, but I know how it feels to pay mucho money for something your kid will only wear for a month (if you're lucky.) But sometimes you just have to buy stuff like that because it's SO DARN CUTE!

Don't get me wrong; they're very nice decorations and very affordable, ranging from embroidered tea towels to garland to crystal ornaments and larger decor, but that's pretty much ALL that was there today. I'll definitely be back, but only when it's no longer a Christmas store.
