When I walked into the store I was greeted by Danielle, the owner. She couldn't have been more friendly and I loved hearing her story about how she decided to open her own shop. Retail experience seems to run in the family as her mom owns a shop in the Galleria and she also had an aunt in the business too. And of course they don't tell you that when you purchase the items only when come and they say "There is a sign right there". I will never ever step foot in that store again . We have had people decline to offer a deal on several occasions, but have never been yelled at and told we couldn't purchase anything!
