We stopped in here after nearby workout class. I started with a creme brulee croissant and wish I had gotten second. I had a french omelet and the eggs were perfectly cooked and the cheese melted into each bite with the perfect amount of flavor. It looked like it may be hard to grab a seat, but there was plenty of turn over and we got a seat right away. The atmosphere was relaxing and filled with positive energy - people catching up, on a first date, or even reading. I am excited to come back to try more pastries variations & grab a coffee.

The cafe is remodeled and super cute with a fair amount of seating and the food coming out of the kitchen looked good. They have walk up service where you order at the counter and I just wanted a simple iced almond latte. I waited 20 minutes for it. And I was not the only one. The young girl at the front counter finally had to go in the back to find the barista because a lot of people were waiting for drinks. It's summer so a lot of iced drinks being ordered but they were not prepared and they ran out of lids for their iced cups so were using regular cups. And the latte literally just tasted like cold almond milk. :( I was already running late for my hair appointment because of the long wait so didn't have time to go back in to get them to remake it. I will not be going back there for coffee.

I had a specific pan style in mind that I was not able to find online from Nordic Ware at the time of shopping and was actually able to purchase it at the outlet! If you don't mind looking through inventory while shopping there is a fair amount that are a good price. Even the pans that had deformities were in pretty solid condition. The staff was helpful and provided information regarding best type of care of the pans and how to cook with their cookware. I love that Nordic Ware is an American made brand that makes high quality bakeware. If I am in the area and in need of cook ware I would definitely come again.

I visited in mid-November, so they had autumn and Halloween things on mark-down and quite a few new winter pieces out. The folks who work here are the nicest people and they actually wanted to help me save money---how awesome is that?! I'd found a few pieces I wanted, and one of the ladies who worked there said, "I think we have those in the back," and took me to where they have the yellow tag seconds and clearance items. Here's a helpful hint for if you shop in this area: the uglier pans are apparently the ones for industrial use, meaning they are not pretty on the outside but the interior is triple-coated and will last a lot longer because they are designed for heavy use. Now, with all the goods in this section, you have to look carefully for scratches and dings, but I found things in good condition that were about $20 less than their 'pretty' counterparts across the room. The factory store doesn't sell goods online. They are all about the treasure hunt mentality. I certainly found some treasures!

She was baking for her Bunko group and wanted to make a type of dessert that you can handle with your fingers. She said she had gotten her pans at COSTCO, so naturally I went to look- they were sold out, and no wonder, Nordic Ware is fantastic quality. I did an online search and connected directly with Nordic Ware; I found exactly what I wanted plus more! Their Naturals line is a high end aluminum of professional quality and strength- I am a busy baker so this is just what I wanted. They also had the cooling racks and the durable lids for the pans! So, the cooling racks are oven safe- this is handy if you are cooking some bacon and want the grease to drip down into the pan as opposed to having the bacon swim in grease as it is cooking. The lids are so useful if you are taking some brownies or other goodies to some friends. The quarter sheet pans are also the perfect site to use as prep pans for deep frying foods- use one pan for flour dredging, the next for the egg wash and a third for your bread crumb coating- easy!!!! The length and depth of these pans is great for this type of prep. I am so thrilled with my purchase and it came beautifully packaged- the Nordic Ware logo tape across the box instantly put a smile in my face. When I opened the package, everything was wrapped In Nordic Ware logo paper. It was like unwrapping a gift to myself (yes it was ). Nothing works better at warming up a chilly house like baking something in the oven!

I placed an order on their website and was sent the wrong items. They sheets I received do not match the description on their website (the SKU on the order sheet and packing slip match the item I ordered). I was a little skeptical because I thought they had discontinued their fabric line a few years earlier. I was pleasantly surprised that the fabric selection is officially back! The only thing is that you no longer need to cut your own from a bolt; instead, they sell it in precut 3 meter length. The patterns and quality are just as awesome as they used to be, and it is really convenient if you're working on home textiles or quick craft projects. The only drawback to our visit was the timing. My only piece of advice is to ensure you do not arrive 30 minutes before the store closes. IKEA is simply too massive to navigate efficiently under a time crunch, and you will not have enough time to browse properly. Give yourself a solid window to shop!

I've been an IKEA fan since they debuted decades ago in the States, and since have been to their stores all over North America and Japan. Had to open our visit with one of their delicious lunch, dining on Swedish meatballs with grave, mashed potatoes, and tasty veggies. It's good pricing, clean, easy. I love this place, and we also bought some household items that are both useful and unique.
