The guy was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to offer suggestions and tips. When I got my knives back they included a little note with a recipe to test them out and ab"thank you". It was really nice and I didn't know they give a portion of sharpening and class sakes to pay off student lunch debt (which is a ridiculous thing tonhave exist). They hold monthly classes for skills and sharpening as well as custom orders. If you can't make it during the day they have a drop box behind the shop you can put your knives in and they'll text you with updates. I will definitely be coming back for any knife needs.

I used Matt's pick up and delivery option this round and it was so convenient! While the mower was being serviced, my lawn decided to grow the thickest it has grown all summer so, my mower had its work cut out for it when Matt dropped it off. I got a full tune up and carburetor clean and blade replacement from Matt. Once I turned the ignition on, I instantly felt the difference in quality that my riding mower now had compared to before it was serviced. Smoother cutting, less vibration and quicker start up. I'm truly amazed at Matt's craftsmanship and I will be taking my equipment to him as long as he's in business!

Likely from the leaking oil loss, now it blows white smoke for a minute after start up. Etc..there is more. Oh, and customer service was not helpful. But it was insulting. Very. If you go to Craigslist and buy a used lawn mower from a private party, you will get a better deal. Retirees sell them when they move to condos. They are low mileage, not expensive, and in good shape. Think about it.
