After sending some pictures and a quick chat with Dan, he assured me that he can just fixed the damaged area only, and I wouldn't able to tell the difference. After giving me a quote that is a lot less expensive when compare to other contractors. Dan arrived my home the next day on a Saturday morning 5 mins early and had all material setup and prep the area quickly by protecting the Carpet and side walls, he was able to totally fixed the damage area and brand in with two coats of paint and had the texture exactly like nothing had happened before. In between coats, he also tried to fixed my door trims and baseboard upstairs that was destroyed by puppy chew.

Friends recommended Legacy Restoration, and our estimator Michael Stanford immediately identified hail damage and began working with our State Farm agent. What followed was a six-month battle we never expected. State Farm denied our claim twice -- first calling it "normal wear and tear," then offering only mismatched patch shingles that would have violated building codes and reduced our home's value. Legacy refused to accept it. They brought in Robb Johnson -- a 30-year roofing veteran -- who personally documented everything and sent State Farm a comprehensive evidence file. Denied again. Legacy Reconstruction LLC replaced our roof with inferior shingles from GAF. Their own inspector…read moreagreed that the GAF shingles were not of top quality. I looks like the replace new shingle with shingles that were below "new" quality. Many granules were missing and their own inspectors said it did not look like a new roof. We submitted a warranty claim which GAF denied. I would definitely stay away from this company. You will not be happy with their work

Were a service is paid for (and warrantied) but when there is an issue to be addressed - in terms of honoring contracts/warranties and providing customer service businesses like #Porcelite site ways to weasel out of fulfilling their agreements and professional obligations. I would never recommend this company because of my current experience with them; and I'm almost positive "MN Nice" isn't applicable due to my race and gender. @Porcelite is refusing to stand behind their word even though I provided a copy of their invoice which states a "Lifetime Warranty" promise. Their work hasn't held up and neither is has their professional promise (EVEN WITH RECEIPT IN HAND!) - Don't do business with these folks (or maybe just don't do business with them only if you're a Black Woman like me).
