Maybe due to cut or brand, so I just went with it. Tried the jacket on and took a look in the mirror - pretty good fit and quality. When the salesman asked if I'd try on the pants, however, I let him know I was more curious about the jacket fit and was just looking for the moment. Never saw him again - he straight abandoned, disappeared and never returned for the jacket or to help look for other styles. I suspect he didn't expect a sale and utterly left without a word. Rude and snooty aren't descriptions I'd normally use in a nice place like Plymouth but the treatment stank of elitism. Great quality and products, not impressed with some of the staff so far.

Only 2 hours of wear and they scarred my ankles and those of my groomsmen. When I went to return my tuxedo rental, they refused to accept it unless I had the little paper receipt (which fell behind my desk). It soured the day after my joyous wedding. With all the computer tablets and screens they have, you think they could accept my return once I prove my identity. They also said they didn't get my best man's tuxedo and wanted to charge a late fee despite him putting it on the rack as directed by the store. I paid for all the rentals, so they'll probably charge me $1,000+ for these overpriced rentals. I suggest finding somewhere else to rent from!
