I am getting married soon and looking for a gown for my welcome party. I browsed for about 20 minutes before someone approached me. She started a room for me and I continued browsing. Not once was it mentioned to me that I could not look at the bridal gowns on the back wall. I grabbed a dress off the back wall and was very rudely approached and told I could not take gowns off that rack and I needed an appointment. This is fine, but the worker acted like I was committing a crime and was extremely rude and unprofessional the way she approached me. There were no signs about needing an appointment or not removing gowns from the back rack. Sales associate with black rimmed glasses and short dark bob. will not be returning.

We got $$ rewards so we'll be back to spend that.

Don't miss the clearance section in the back--you can always score great stuff. I have found some of my best dresses here. In addition to the great selection and prices, you can also count on good service. I am always greeted warmly, and if I need help, I am always able to get it. Checkout is always seamless, too! Extraordinarily expensive clothing store doing dress shirts and suits and whatnot. They make custom orders and they seem extraordinarily friendly as well. I guess they have to be when they're charging these insane amounts for stuff. What I do recommend is that you browse in here yourself and see some of the stuff they have, because if you like fancy clothes and suits and you have an unlimited supply of money you'll probably really like this store - and it's probably one of the best three stores selling upscale suits and men's clothing in the massive gargantuan Mall of America. In my humble opinion although I'm not really humble at all.
