I requested that the entire order be canceled and despite this, I received two new shirts. I have since return these and I still have a charge for all five shirts on my account calls to resolve. The charge have not been dealt with in a timely fashion. I would not suggest doing online business.

This being Minnesota, there's no actual Giorgio Armani store here, just Collezioni (and I think…read morethere might be an Emporium?). So I think how the outlet works is that we take the Giorgio Armani cast-offs from the higher-income cities, where they don't want to let on that they let their merchandise go too much on sale. I think the store is a mix of the different Armani group collections, but it's all pretty high end (i.e. I don't think I've ever seen Armani Jeans here). When you go into the store, things are arranged in groups of e.g. 40% off, 50% off, 80% off. But when things are $1000 to begin with, 40% off doesn't help much!!! And when things are $3k, $4k to begin with, even the tiny section of 90% off in the back doesn't usually get things into the realm of affordable. Beautiful stuff, but it takes a lot of trolling. I think I came to this store maybe 5 or 6 times before I managed to find something worth the hefty price tag. Always very helpful and friendly staff! Nice, large changing rooms. And the store is always very tidy and organized because not many people go in there, haha.

I was helped by Alexis and Dorce. I found plenty of stuff to try on but fell in love with three different styled tops! The clothing is buttery soft and a bit different from their competitors. There's also a happiness guarantee- love the product or send it back. Always free returns. The material is made from recycled materials. So far I've worn 2 of my pieces and loved them! They're the same type, but one of them had a button that fell off after a couple of months and wouldn't stay on again. I stopped by next time I was at the mall, and I didn't even have those jeans with me, but they worked out a really satisfactory replacement that really exceeded my expectations. Very pleased!

However; I also love coming randomly throughout the year to get updated clothing items. I typically like to check out under Armour and Nike, the Columbia store also has a separate outlet location as well. Recently, I feel like prices haven't been nearly as good as they used to, but in this economy, who can blame them. I would love to see a little bit more variation in the food court, it's mostly Asian cuisines and Cinnabon. All delicious but would love to see some more options. There's a ton of parking, but if you come on a busy weekend, you may not notice and still have to park far away. Bummed to see some recent retailers, leaving, they've been replaced with stores that my opinion were is great. Overall, a decent shopping trip, it's also in a great location. There's plenty of other stores/eating nearby. I recommend checking out the Twin Cities premium outlets if you haven't been there before.
