If you need to go here to try things on (especially on the weekend) but forget about it. You will be waiting forever and if you need a different size it will take the staff forever to get it for you. The variety is good, the stock is good. In general, Aritzia clothing is amazing and I love it always, of course, it is a lil more on the expensive side, but in reality, you get what you pay for. We go on the 10th to check, and they say the jacket is getting to the store that day and they can ship it to our home. We say awesome and leave. Fastforward to now, jan 29. Still no jacket, no tracking numbers, no call or communication from the store. We call and they explain that it has not arrived to the store and we can purchase another one or wait until the other one is delivered. Even-though three weeks prior someone at the store said that it was arriving that day. Not sure how a company doesn't have tracking numbers for their products their customers spend $300+ on, nor have the decency to call, message or email their customers. And unfortunately through all of our interactions everyone we talk to who works at the store has the most snobby, stuck up attitudes. If we ever get the jacket we will be returning it and refunding.
