This was my first time visiting the Outlet Mall in Eagan and our last stop, and actually the only reason we drove there, was for the Coach store. We walked in and was greeted by a friendly and personable older woman. Service: Over all very good, inviting, helpful and I will return due to the service received while shopping Products: I came looking for a fanny pack, but left with something better, which was the belt version of the fanny pack. I had one experience that lowered the stars given on my review. Upon leaving, where my gf and I both spent well over $150 each and bout multiple items, we had left our other purchases in the car, since we had to drive alllllllll the way around to the backside of the Mall and it was too cold to walk. We were exiting the store and the alarm went off, indicating that either A. We had stolen something or B. the sales associate did not remove or deactivate a sensor. Of course it was B, however, having your purchase searched in Eagan and being of African decent, the two combined equal looks of guilt from passer byer's... it wasn't a good look or feeling. The sales associate who assisted us at the door, appeared to be management and handled the situation very diplomatically and simply stated that she's sure it was very jarring for us to experience this, but for me it was simply annoying... honestly. She asked who assisted us and stated that she would speak with the associate, which was reassuring. I know mistakes happen, but it was an annoying experience. All in all, I had had a great time at the store, until the "experience." Would I return? Definitely and will updated my review upon that time.

So I'm a huge fan of coach it's my favorite name brand, but it's something to have top customer service, even when you're busy, I have had many experiences but this one has been the best and fun one, the way the staff and JOLEEN treated me, and made sure that every question was answered and it was a thousand, I even got upset that the men had sweaters but the pants wasn't their, they went online to help, was gone ship things to me, the guy that was their wrapped my purchase without question and was happy to do so, the young lady that was their she ran from one side to the back and felt with others on top of my questions and making sure I had everything, but joleen, she was at the door states I can't move but I'm gone still help you, as she eventually eased over their to me, and we was rolling I asked for something within a price range and she did her thing, the time, the passion, the effort that she had, the above and beyond, this lady is the best and I'll never forget her, I found out after asking who's the manager it was her, but she played her part and did it well, like I wish no matter where I go I could take the three of them with me, they made me feel comfortable and wanted, I was ecstatic! Like I just can't get over the great time you guys rock and JOLEEN (as I sing the song now) you're the best coach boss ever and I could tell that by just dealing with you and not knowing who you even was. I pray that you guys spread y'all's hard work and how to deal with a store full of people and still be as great as y'all was I left in awe, and I'm still is!

Didn't have anything for my wife that she liked (She has 12 in her collection) so this is purely my opinion...others may like. The customer service was good they had 50% off but again nothing "New". Parking is great and the location is near food court.

I visited coach to buy a gift. Worst store ever. Terrible customer service, the lady at the front was very nice , but the girl on the sales floor and the cashier operator Kammy was rude . No hello or thank you for shopping at coach. One star

Samsonite Outlet

I am a huge Samsonite fan. The luggage that I brought with me on this trip is a Samsonite and is…read moreprobably two decades old. The fabric has seen better days, as has its handle. It has been replaced with, you guessed it, another Samsonite luggage. I am in search of a carry-on, rolling computer bag. My trusty one that I have been using for a decade no longer fits in the overhead compartment on Air Canada's aircraft travelling to and from the States. I need something smaller, but I am perfectly fine using my backpack these days. I saw this Samsonite store at Eagan Outlet Mall. I had never stepped foot in it. I decided to pay it a visit. I walked in and a European-designed set of luggage greeted me. The small one looked adorable. I rolled it around and it was incredibly lightweight that required little effort to move it. A man approached me and asked if I had any questions. I launched into one. I was looking for a computer rolling bag and wondered if he had any. He had two and led me over to them. One had two wheels and was rather large. The other was smaller with four wheels. I loved the smaller one more. His counterpart, who is his manager, pointed out some bags that were designed for women and had wheels. He showed one of them and it looked hideous. It looked like a handbag on steroids with two wheels. What caught my attention were the travel accessories. I liked the Disney tags and got a Minnie Mouse one. I also got a spinner strap that clips on to your luggage and secures your second bag. The best part of this visit was the conversation. The man asked where I was from. I said Toronto. It was interesting that the woman couldn't tell whether I was Canadian or American. She asked. I said the former. I have always felt that it's straightforward figuring out that I'm Canadian. I don't talk like a Minnesotan unless I am mimicking it. However, I am so comfortable being in this state because I used to live here. I can see why she couldn't tell. I let them know that I used to live in Rochester, which made both of them open up. They both live in Rochester. The woman used to live across from where I used to work. The man lived in Owatonna before settling in Rochester. I don't find it weird driving an hour between Rochester and Eagan for work. It's similar to my driving between Markham and Mississauga for work before the pandemic. Perhaps as I get older, connections with and stories from people make me happy. I enjoyed hearing how she and her then boyfriend drove from Rochester to Niagara Falls for the first time. She loved the charm of that city, but her cheap boyfriend found the food at McDonald's so expensive. "Are you still with him?" I asked her. "Unfortunately, yes, depending on your point of view," she said. We all cracked up! If you check in on the Yelp app and you spend $200 or more, you get $20 off. That's not bad if you get the largest piece of luggage in the store. Everything was discounted, including the two accessories that I was purchasing. I paid using a credit card. Their payment kiosk accepts tap, swipe, and chip insertion. I did tap and it works fine. They both let me know that they expect more roller computer bags down the road. Due to supply chain issues, there is a delay. I was okay with it and thanked them both for showing me what they have. There is more selection at this store than at the ones that I have frequented in Canada. They were happy to hear it. The woman told me to stay warm, as the Twin Cities is currently going through a cold snap. The man said that it's probably warmer in Toronto, but the weather right now is comparable to Winnipeg. I let him know that I used to live in Winnipeg. It was where I learned how to plug in my car on cold nights, which made them both laugh and appreciate that I am a fairly well-travelled person. I appreciated that he used to work at FedEx and knew that Canada has postal codes. I signed up to be on Samsonite's mailing list, so he made sure that he didn't ask me for my ZIP code. I was pleased with my cool purchases and how friendly both staff members were. I had an enjoyable shopping experience and chat. I'd return again in hopes of finding a decent computer bag with spinner wheels. (492)

We purchased an electrical plug converter for a trip and when we unfolded the prongs when we got to Europe, the prongs were both defective, the metal ends detached from their posts. The thing was unusable. In addition, if the metal tips had still been on the prongs (only loose, not fallen off yet) and we plugged it in to an outlet, the metal tips could have remained in the outlet when we unplugged! That could have been a disaster. The store refused to accept a return, even of a defective Clearance item, citing that we knew when we bought them that they were not returnable, that they had no way of knowing if an unopened packaged item was defective, etc. My guess is that the Clearance items are things that they already know have a problem and they just want to get rid of them, take your money, no returns accepted. If an item is packaged so that you cannot test it out, don't buy. My trust in Samsonite is destroyed.

I used to buy super expensive sunglasses and they would inevitably break or I'd lose them so I like these because they fit nice, are stylish, block sun and run about $80. He was knowledgeable about how and when they darken. He checked into glasses similar to what I had at other stores. In the end I bought a different style from what I had and am happy with my choice. I then walked around the store. They have tons of bikes but also many clothes and accessories. I liked all the Mn themed bike shirts they had available. I'll definitely be back to shop some more. I was walking in to purchase a $2,700 bike (Aventon Adventure M), but I had one question - would it fit in the back of my pickup truck to take it home? David would not let me test it. They have had my driver's license and credit card for the test rides in the recent past, and I was registered in their test ride system. I offered them the keys to my truck while I tested the size. They refused and said that I had to purchase the bike first. David was backed up by the other two employees in the shop and told me it was "company policy." I have NEVER had such a bad, mean, mistrusting experience in my life. In the spirit of helping people out, I informed them that this might be the reason their parking lot was empty. I drove over to Erik's in Burnsville, and they said no problem. I tested the bike size in the box of my truck, and Taylor was very helpful. He said that there is no company policy against testing a bike, either riding or fitting it in the back of a truck to ensure that it could be transported home. The guys in Eagan must have profiled me. This would have been bike #6 in my collection, but I may never use Erik's again. Pathetic! Can I give less than one star?

I was immediately greeted by a woman who asked if I was looking for something specific. I wasn't. She didn't tell me that everything in the store was 30% off until I was at the back of it. Weird. You'd think that after hearing my response that she'd rattle off promotions. Not here. This store has Squishmallows. They are the larger ones, which was nice to see. I saw a cute koala with a purple bow. It was a sight for sore eyes. I also enjoyed looking at a bunch of non-Squishmallows plushies. What shocked me was seeing the Hello Kitty-Pusheen collaboration in full force at this store. From water bottles to bath balms, it was cool to see all this merchandise. Heavily discounted items are at the back of the store. I managed to get a mini wallet (getting into a major venue for concerts or sporting events require that you carry a wallet that fits in your pocket) and a keychain. I had the same woman help me out at the checkout. I signed up for Claire's rewards. It will likely take me a long time to get anything out of it because I'm not a regular customer, but I can always chip away at it. My items were indeed reduced by 30%. I paid with my credit card. All went well. I thanked her and left with my purchases. This store is cool to get earrings, plushies, and more. When I'm back at this outlet, I'd drop by and check this store out again. (437)

However; I also love coming randomly throughout the year to get updated clothing items. I typically like to check out under Armour and Nike, the Columbia store also has a separate outlet location as well. Recently, I feel like prices haven't been nearly as good as they used to, but in this economy, who can blame them. I would love to see a little bit more variation in the food court, it's mostly Asian cuisines and Cinnabon. All delicious but would love to see some more options. There's a ton of parking, but if you come on a busy weekend, you may not notice and still have to park far away. Bummed to see some recent retailers, leaving, they've been replaced with stores that my opinion were is great. Overall, a decent shopping trip, it's also in a great location. And their commercial has a catchy song. Good luck getting that out of my head now that I said it. Anyhow I needed to get some new wipers for my car as my current wipers were not working as good as they used to. I also needed to get some cleaning supplies to clean the interior of my car. In the past I have usually picked up these supplies at any number of big box stores. Then I thought to myself, there is an O'Reilly close to my office, I should check them out. I stopped in one morning and was greeted as I walked in and asked if I needed any help. I explained that I was looking for some wipers and some cleaning supplies. The gentleman walked out to help me and asked if the wipers were for my Toyota. While I was surprised, I was equally impressed that he recognized the type of car I had when I pulled up. I usually like to get Rain-x wipers. They are more expensive but work much better. The good news is I noticed they had a sale going on for $8.00 off a set of wipers. The bad news is they were out of a number of sizes including the size I needed. Without hesitation this gentleman offered me a different set that he explained were as good if not better than the Rain-x. While I thought for a quick moment he proceeded to tell me he would match the sale price for these other wipers. Sold! That's a great deal! He then showed me their cleaning supplies and what he recommended. This was about as good of an experience as you can have. From my receipt the gentleman that helped me is named Mike. I'll definitely be back to O'Reilly whenever I need anything for my car.
