And he did some legwork on color matches before we met him at the store. It is challenging to get good customer service these days, but Yetzer's provided EXCEPTIONAL service after I bought a classy lamp there but lost the adapter cord, making my new lamp worthless. I had returned home to Utah and realized what happened. When I called to explain the cord was disconnected and left in a vacation rental, they ordered me a new cord and mailed it to me. Genuine kindness is a rarity. You made my month!! This is a good reminder that small businesses have heart. Thank you!! read more

Yetzers is a very pretty store with very helpful staff and while the mattress selection is on the small side I still found what I was looking for without having to drive to Shakopee. There are a lot of different styles of furniture at reasonable prices. If I lived locally, I would definitely shop here regularly. I purchased a mattress on Saturday for grandmas house and they called to deliver on Monday. While the delivery process was smooth and efficient, it does cost $35 whether you live 1 mile or 25 miles away. read more

I was unhappy with the comfort of the Flexsteel furniture and left a review stating Tom was gracious and allowed us to try something different. Unfortunately there is only a couple of brands to choose from, so I tried a different Flexsteel recliner as the other brand was not comfortable for me. This is my personal comfort and certainly may not affect other shoppers comfort. After my poor review, I was willing to pay the 25% restocking fee as had been previously offered. I was basically told to deal with Flexsteel. Yetzer sold us the furniture, not Flexsteel. Yetzer did not honor their agreement. Basically I would have paid approximately $2,000 to return our furniture and been done with it. read more

Yetzer's is one of Waconia, MN hidden gem of a furniture store! They offer low prices, but big city style. The furniture is all mid to high end quality. The best part is they offer FREE in home designers!!! All you have to do is tell them the look you want to achieve and they will pull it together for you. No project is too big or too small. Tom, the owner, has made this store so special and unique and he always says "if it's not in the store I will find it for you!" There are so many types of furniture that not one store can carry it all, but Yetzer's will find it for you and order it in at no extra cost to you. The window coverings are incredible and Tammy is awesome at helping you choose what is right for your home. Brent and Clovis can help you with all your flooring needs (be prepared to be blown away by the selection!). Dawn, Wade and Randy are so incredible at pulling a room together and can give you ideas you never thought of. Again, all this design help is FREE!!! I don't know any other furniture store that offers such amazing service. Check out Yetzer's and eat next door at Pangea. Incredible food!
