I also like when the Christmas displays come around. So many things to look at. I feel like they usually have coupons or deals via the rewards system which is cool. I feel like most of the staff are in the front end and they are usually nice. I sometimes find pops from other countries to try or even exotic snacks. It's always fun to just go see what they have to offer from time to time.

I really had no idea what to expect, but as soon as I walked thru the door, was a cart with coffee and tea offerings. I tried both which they were lukewarm (not surprised as this was evening time when I was in there), but the tea was tasty. Then I went in browsing the store myself. There were sections with Christmas related merchandise and just other merchandise. I naturally gravitated towards the stationary/book section-- lots of offerings there. The food/drink sections were huge. Lots of items to explore including international items as well. I thought that was very neat. I briefly looked at the jewelry/aromatherapy section. I found a few pieces of jewelry I'd wear, super cute! Lastly, I headed over to the kitchen section. Found some really cool plates and other kitchen items. I do have to say I was a little disappointed that I passed 3 employees during my visit and not one even acknowledged me. I thought that was very strange and unacceptable. You should say hello to customers when they visit the store. Customer service skills are a large part of customer satisfaction and help decide if the customer will be returning or not. Overall, my first time here was enjoyable and glad I stopped in to check it out. I' think if/when I'm in the area I'll stop back in to see what new goodies they have that time around. I do have to share, I appreciate how bright, spacious, and neatly organized this store is.

I found a 5 pack of Grinch socks I didn't need and a cute Grinch sweatshirt. They had a good variety of Grinch items, but I think Hobby Lobby beats them on price and selection. There is a Home Goods next door.

I went during a Thursday after work and it was pleasantly peaceful. I was immediately greeted nicely. The items were nicely stocked, nothing was messy. There was a nice variety of items and although it's smaller selection then a TJ Maxx or Marshalls I did enjoy the ones I did find. The rows can be cramped if multiple people are in the same row but I didn't run into this issue. The fitting room was clean and easy to access. The back fitting rooms were closed but the front ones were open. I was able to find some nice picks and even found items I have seen elsewhere cheaper here. I look forward to coming back when I'm in the area! Hope to see more pop up in the twin cities area.

It is similar to TJ Maxx and Marshall's but super crowded and cramped. I like the rolling baskets. No way I'm pushing a cart through all the racks. I found grinch lotion set, grinch clock, picture, 2 grinch rugs and a nice red sweater. Red is my mom's color, hope I'm not turning into her. Iykyk lol. But seriously, I dress up for when I attend meetings out of my home office for work. The staff were real nice. One sweater had a thread snag so I passed on it. I like Ross stores.

There was not much Grinch or other Christmas stuff and it looks like they are clearing space already in December for Spring/Summer which is 4 months away. I've shopped here only about 3 times since I've lived in Burnsville. I don't even think I bought anything. I really don't know how this store is still open. It isn't busy at all. There was a cute Yelper rug. For great selection of Grinch and Holiday, Hobby Lobby has this store beat by a mile.

My old one has worn out and I couldn't find one in Office Depot or Staples, to just buy just a cover. I checked online and it said that Hobby Lobby likely carries them.. So my first visit today in search for a cover. And no, I couldn't find one, even though I came across other binder covers that could probably work...but they were too bulky :-( I was surprised how big this store was and that it carried a wide variety of merchandise though. Even though I didn't find the Day Planner Cover I was in search of, I did end up buying some office supply nick knacks that can come in handy someday.... I don't know if I will back, since this store is a little out of the way for me, but it was an interesting field trip!

Those same items might have been $35+ brand new. Especially for the littlest items they are essentially only sleeping in. I am a personal fan of the onsie wall. I like that it is all organized by size and then color. I want gender neutral colorful clothes so its very easy for me to find my babies current size and the next size up. It is a hunt like all the other consignment and preowned stores. I always think the hunt is worth it and its very satisfying finding a deal. I have found the empolyees to be kind and efficient and let me shop independently.

Horrible customer service. my daughter who is about to turn 14 brought her clothes she grew out of…read morefrom last year into the eden prairie location just laundered laid out flat in a laundry basket. The sales woman said it would be about half hour to go through them. we came back then and they said they would only take 2 items out of 30. She said they are not excepting girls clothes sizes 4-10 at this time. Why would they not tell us when we came in or have a sign saying that. They crumble the clothes and threw them back in the basket. Don't ever go to that store again.
