This location has some large dump bins where the price changes per day. They fill the tub on Monday and the items are $5 each. Everyday after that the price drops down $1. That part of the store you can get some good deals. The rest of the store has inventory on the shelves that is a bit overpriced. You are still getting it a little cheaper than full retail. I would probably come back for the bins though.

The minute this woman left the store, the two female employees who were working the register started making comments about the woman's hygiene. They made rude comments throughout the duration of my interaction being rung up. They even tried to include the customer behind me in the conversation they were having about this woman. When I called the store to report the incident to a manager, it didn't seem like it was taken seriously. When I offered to supply my name and number for follow up the person I spoke to wouldn't take it. I don't expect anything to be done by management. Based off the phone call I had with a manager and what I observed in the store, it's clear that these employees are exempt from acting professionally or treating customers with kindness. I assume all complaints go without follow through or any sort of discipline. If I could rate lower, I would.

I'm not sure if it is for lack of workers, or if they are just slow checking people out.. but yea, I always get caught in a long line. The skin care area here is actually not bad. I do wish there was a tiny bit more organization and it was not as difficult to find what I'm looking for, but it is what it is. The Holiday decor is usually right up front, so I do appreciate that so I don't need to constantly run to the back to check that out when that is usually all I'm there for anyways.

The hot bar selection is nice and so is the bakery with plenty of options and helpful workers to assist with anything you need. I also need to give a shoutout to this locations cheese monger - she has recommended some of the best cheese pairings for my meal preps that I've ever had! I feel very lucky to live so close to this location!

Eh, not great…read more Selection is fine, and tbh the store is incredibly clean/organized compared to many others, both DG and other "dollar" stores. That said, this location seems to have issues getting and keeping employees and has since they opened within the last few years. And the ones they do have right now? Kind of rude, they hide in the back, and you don't see them until they see they need to ring people out. There's 3 self checkout registers and none of them are ever open; I used them twice during the first 3 months of this location being open, never to have used them again, resulting in some INSANE lines as they make the single employee check out everyone on a tiny lil' counter that doesn't fit more than 3 items at a time on it (this is true for ALL of their registers/counters; that one is actually the biggest one). My biggest peeve is the young man with dark brown/black hair. Taller, average build. I just heard him ask an obviously disabled (judging not only by her speaking and demeanor, but noticeable scarring all over her body as well) girl why she shopped the way she did, grabbing many items only to need to buy only a few. I swore she was going to cry. All in all, a decent store. No problems with the store itself beyond checkout, really. The employee issue has been an ongoing problem since day one it seems, though.

CVS can be very expensive and with a name like "Dollar General" I was hoping to see some lower priced items. Unfortunately, the prices seem very high for the grocery items and I would only ever use them in a pinch. The store was clean but seems very crowded with items. They were still working on putting items on the shelves, so there were a lot of carts out in the aisles. The plus side is that they had A TON of variety. This was like a little grocery store but also had some decor items, baby items(diapers,food,wipes) Holiday items, ect.... There is tons of parking and self check out for a quick in and out! Overall I will use this place in a pinch, but I still prefer dollar tree for quick and cheap items.
