We usually call ahead if we are looking for a more rare cut or request. We also love the food they make and sell. Not only do they have a hot counter for fresh bbq and mac&cheese, but they make frozen goods you can heat up at home. I always get the breakfast sausage dogs or tamales, and their meat loaf or meatballs are wonderful. And if we ever forget an ingredient for a recipe, we can pop on over easily! You ask a question, they've got an answer.
