They didn't start on me until 15 min past my appt time, my tech walked away at one point and another moved me to her station after I sat there for 10 min, all they did was file my nails and paint (no cuticles, massage, etc.), AND they looked like crap. read more

Stars are given for Hannah & Heidi. They are wonderful, beautiful and know how to do nails! However; the reason for my low star rating and review update is not on my nails but the customer service. I did not get to finish my SNS manicure due to an employee (Yang) rudely interrupting Hannah from my nails to tell me that the last time she did my nails: "Hannah barely made it to the party and got to eat". I was baffled (1) I have never met this person before and was confused as to why she would even be talking to me when she (A) is not working on my nails. (2) I look down at my phone clock and its 7:05- the shop closes at 7 PM. I came to the conclusion she was telling me to get the f** outta there. (3) This was my fourth time coming there and 3 of the times brought a friend. My friend that I brought this last time did get to finish with Hannah at 7:05 (gel manicure) which was beautiful! I however, was in then middle of my SNS and had told Heidi to just cash me out as a regular manicure since My friend was done with her Gel manicure - so everyone could go home on time. Heidi did not charge me for anything because the SNS was not finished. I still tipped her because she was not at fault. May I also add that there were two women getting pedicures, two getting acrylics and one woman next to my friend and I at the bar receiving a gel manicure. It was a busy day after work on a Friday. I had an appointment and was promptly seated with my tech on time. I was asked if I got my SNS manicure done there and I said no. As she was removing my polish told me that it's an extra fee for people who did not get their nails done there prior. I was already halfway done getting my nails off when she told me this otherwise I probably would've left! I think that's absolutely ridiculous! My SNS cost me $45!! Epic FAIL. In town for a wedding. Couldn't take me as a walk-in, which I totally understand on a Saturday. So I booked a mani/pedi appointment for over an hour later. Arrived on time, checked in, chose my polish. 10 minute wait, then to a chair for pedi, feet in water.... 30 (THIRTY) minutes later.... no service or other acknowledgement. I even called from the salon from my cell to see what was up. Received an apology with promise for immediate service. Waited another 10 and...Nothing. Nobody. DONE. Both were very nice and I feel I would have liked a more basic pedicure than the one they have, I didn't care too much for the calf massage and hot stones. I've been here a few times for the last three years and the service isn't consistent. However, the last time I came here I got acrylics and a pedicure. My nails came out nice, but when a worker was giving me a pedicure I saw she used a tool that had already been laying out. I wasn't too concerned because I thought this place was good with health concerns and not using contaminated tools on others- I WAS WRONG. Fast forward to now and I have a disgusting toenail infection!? GROSS. And I know I got a toenail infection from Centre Pointe Nails because I've never gotten a pedicure elsewhere. I'll spare everyone the pictures, but I am SO disappointed and grossed out. Never coming here again! read more

BRIEF: BEST massage, many service pedicure and gel manicure for 80 bucks-worth WAY more than that in my opinion, GREAT customer service, neck massage, and hand/arm massage for manicure, massage chairs. I did a lot of research to find the best pedicure before coming here and boy did I pick correctly! I have had quite a few manicures and pedicures at varying locations over the years and this is the BEST! I made an appointment the day before and I got there about 15 minutes before my appointment. I was greeted immediately by someone working and then not two seconds later, was greeted, very warmly, by Don, the pedicurist. The ambiance was great and there was a lot of light coming in as well. It also did not smell of anything which is a HUGE plus for me as some salons smell of overwhelming acetone. When I went for my pedicure I was offered water, a magazine, and had a list of the different services so I didn't feel pressured to have an add on I didn't want. Never once after I chose my service did anyone ask if I wanted to add something else which is a huge win. All the staff was friendly and although they speak both Vietnamese and English, I never felt as though they were having side conversations. Anytime Don had a brief conversation in his native language, he would clue me in to what was going on, which wasn't necessary but definitely made me feel comfortable. As I neared the end of my pedicure (I got the centre point one I believe with OPI salt scrub, OPI mask, paraffin wax, hot stone, and regular polish), Brian came to start my manicure (I got the basic with gel polish and no polish change). Don gave the BEST calf and foot massage and although I think it was only supposed to be 10 minutes, he made it feel longer than that, and the massage was what I came here for! After my polish was on my toes, I went to have my manicure finished by Brian who was so sweet and had a wonderful and infectious smile. There was a HUGE wedding party coming in and it got busy REAL quick but that didn't stop Don and Brian from keeping good service for me. Don came and gave me a quick but amazing neck/shoulder massage and never once made me feel rushed. Brian finished my manicure and then finished with a hand/forearm massage. For all this, it was only 80 bucks! A STEAL! Although this is 30 minutes away from where I live, I WILL be there again. And this was a very busy day for them and they never sacrificed on quality for speed. They valued my time and money spent so I truly appreciate that. I got a gel manicure last week by Trisha. The salon was nice and clean, the people were nice. The manicure was a little bumpy, but whatever. Until 3 days later, all of the polish started to peel!! It was halfway off half of my nails before I went in again. I was told they have a 1 week guarantee, so I went back in 5 day after the initial mani. Hannah 'took care of' me this time. All of the employees kept coming to look at how the gel polish was peeled off my nails (all of them!) in one piece! And very easily! That made me a teeny bit uncomfortable. Hannah was sweet and I did not have to pay again for it to be redone, BUT here I am another 3 days later with noticeable chipping on 4 of my nails. For the record, I do not do anything with my hands that would cause this to happen! While their intention surely are good, I will skip going back here next time. read more
