Really the best dental experience I have had in many years (and I have had way too many). I had an old crown on a front tooth that started to go bad. After the x-ray, Dr. Cho explained to me that the tooth had to come out and I needed an implant. I was freaking out because I had implants before, had a bad experience and It was my front tooth! Dr. Cho's partner, Dr. Behbahani, examined me and did my implant yesterday morning. I am up and walking around, back to normal! I have no pain or bleeding! They made me a "flipper", an appliance that looks like my tooth, while my gum heals as I await the new crown. I can't say enough good things about this team. Nice, gentle, proactive, and competent. I am changing my childrens dentist to Dr. Cho. They will be in good hands. read more

Central Valley Dentistry - Teeth cleaning day! Best dentist and staff! We highly recommend them! - Cosmetic Dentists Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Excellent friendly efficient staff . Dr.B really cares about every one of his patients. I recommend him 100%

Always pleasant, great staff. These guys make me enjoy going to the dentist!

Honestly I would give 5 million stars if I could. I could not be more grateful to Dr. Behbahani and his dedicated and amazing staff!! From the first time I called his office, I have had nothing but a great experience and going to Central Valley Dentistry was one of the best decisions I have ever made. A few months ago I needed MAJOR work done on my teeth and so I went in for a consultation. In the process of that, there was some things that came up that needed to get taken care of ASAP before any other work could be done. Dr. Behbahani and the office manager Judy worked diligently with me to provide me the care I was desperately needing. I was also in a really tough place financially and instead of turning me away, they worked with me and provided me with resources I could use to help pay for the cost of the procedures I needed done and they so very graciously provided care for me that I otherwise wouldn't have gotten from anywhere else. Central Valley Dentistry is honestly the best dental office in all of Arizona and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I was really apprehensive in getting some of the dental work I needed done due to the extensiveness of what needed to be done, but Dr. B and his staff spent a considerable amount of time answering all of my questions, even several times over, explaining in detail everything that would happen, and put me at ease, and at the very end when everything was done, my expectations where exceeded and I came out with a BEAUTIFUL smile. Throughout the procedure's, Dr. Behbahani explained what he was doing, and he was so good that I barely felt anything. He was so gentle and was so good at what he does that it was over before I even realized. My life has been completely changed, I am no longer ashamed of my smile, I feel so much happier and that is all in thanks to Central Valley Dentistry!! Seriously if you have any doubts, PLEASE give them a call and set up an appointment, I personally guarantee that you won't be disappointed! read more

The doctor is amazing. I've had two root canals and I hardly felt anything. He's very knowledgeable and answers questions thoroughly. Highly recommend this place. Wish I had found it sooner, as I've wasted lots of money with other incompetent dentists. read more

I had a great experience with the staff here. This was my second visit and unfortunately it was for an emergency root canal. It was midmorning and i called the office complaining of tooth pain and they managed to squeeze me in even though they close early on Fridays. I was so lucky and thankful. I was helped by Anthony and Dr. C. Their personalities made me feel at ease and definitely more relaxed. I felt that they cared and were always making sure that i was ok during the procedure. I was also impressed that they were able to make a crown within minutes. It would have taken my previous dentist a few days to do it. Very thankful for it. The procedure took time and took them way past their closing time but they stayed and took care of me and my dental needs without feeling rushed. By the time i left the office my pharmacy had already texted me that my pain meds were ready for me to pick up, the staff was way ahead of their game. I appreciate that. I give Anthony and Dr. C (and of course the staff) tons of kudos for going above and beyond. Two thumbs up!!! read more

Very unprofessional they canceled my appointment and we agreed on a price for the work and they increased the price by 30 dollars when I went to pay for my services read more

I Really like this Dentist office. They treat you like family and they offer a program for people who are self pay. And they offer referral incentives. And there prices are affordable. And they make their own crowns in office. If you choose them tell them I sent you and I can have a discount on my next cleaning. My name is Cathey Allen. Thank you if you do use my name. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. B for over a year now and have found my 'dentist for life' or as long as he continues to practice! My previous dentist had referred me to a periodontist for some serious gum recession. The same periodontist performed the old school surgery twice on the same area within a two year timeframe without success either time. A second periodontist performed a third surgery on the same area without success. I started going to Dr. B based on a referral not expecting anything more than services I always received from dentists in the past....checkup, teeth cleaning, etc. When I met Dr. B for the first time he observed my recession issues and I explained my past periodontal experiences. He suggested the pinhole procedure as an alternative to the old school periodontal surgery. And to my surprise, he performed the procedure himself. Wow....my one stop shop for all of my oral needs! The procedure was so much less invasive than the old school surgery and best of all, it worked! I cannot say enough about Dr. B and his staff. Amazing experience! Thanks, Dr. B! Jeff read more

I've lost count of how many people talk about their dental experiences being terrible or negative or even painful, but that just isn't the case at CVD. The entire staff is genuinely kind and the atmosphere somehow makes the reality of being at the dentist a bit less intimidating. I've mainly gone for routine cleanings, but even when injections were needed it was literally painless (probably because Candace is an amazing Hygenist). I'd drive all the way across the Valley just to be a regular patient here, it's gotta be as close to perfect as it gets in the dental world. read more

My husband and I relocated to Phoenix and we're looking for a great dentist we could call home. Finding this office was a huge blessing. I've had experience with another dentists in Flagstaff, AZ who made my visit more about how he could get the most money out of me from a business standpoint and less about caring for my mouth. However, so not the case with Central Valley. I've never met a more genuine staff. From the moment I walked in to Central Valley I felt very taken care of. My husband and I had appointments on separate days but we both saw Trista (hygienist) and were so pleased. She is so gentle and thorough. I loved that they did such a thorough x-ray exam at the beginning of the appointment. Dr. B saw both of us and was so welcoming and friendly. I felt like I had known him for a while. Now my husband had always seen the same dentist/hygienist in CA for years. So I knew it would take a lot for him to be satisfied with a different one. His response after his appt tells it all. I've never seen someone so amped about seeing a dentist! He seriously went on and on about how much he loved that experience. They were so thorough with everything from the x-rays, cancer screen, to the clean. Everything was awesome. We HIGHLY, highly recommend this dentist. read more

This is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. After moving to Arizona, the dentist I previously went to was awful and has left me with anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. However, Central Valley Dentistry does a fantastic job, and it's clear they genuinely care about the patient. They explain everything they do and walk you through the process, making you feel comfortable the entire time. They answer all of my questions and explain in detail what everything means. I feel so comfortable going here, and I'm so happy I found this office! read more

I have been to many dentists over the years and in many different states so I have very specific reasons for giving this practice 5 stars. I've been going to Central Valley Dentistry for about a year: 1. Dr B cares greatly about his patients and his team and it shows. After an initial misunderstanding, his response to my concerns and his willingness to not only take the time to discuss them, but also to listen and learn from them showed me that this practice operates at the highest level of excellence when it comes to customer service. We had a very productive discussion and arrived at a happy conclusion. Additionally, it was clear to me that he had used my experience as a teaching moment with his staff as they were all on the same page and had elevated their level of care, too. In an age where people give lip service to customer service, a business that walks its talk is refreshing and highly valued. 2. Dr B is on the cutting edge of dental care and offers procedures I'd never heard of before. I'm specifically speaking of the so called "pinhole" procedure for gum disease. I appreciate that a dentist stays on top of his profession and takes the time to educate patients on new options. 3. The standard of care delivered by Dr B's and his team is consistently outstanding. I've had several hygienists and they've each been kind, professional, gentle and very patient. Also, it's been utterly painless. Dr B's work is superb--he's fast, thorough, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Plus, he is happy to answer any questions you may have to help you make better decisions about your own care. I'm glad to be a patient with Central Valley and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a higher standard of service and care. read more

I've seen a lot of dentists in my time and they were all good. But Dr B and his team...tops all!! Every single person I encountered at the office was super friendly. No one rushed to do their job. Dr B was genuine and pleasant. The hygienist (forgive me, but i forgot her name!)answered all my questions as thorough as can be, and if you're like me, I asked a lot of them to understand How, What and What if's and What's next. At the end of my appointment, Melissa explained all the payment options available, if any payment is due out of pocket for any procedures that are suggested to be done. I highly recommend this office. read more

I came in as a new patient after avoiding the dentist for quite some time. I have never had a experience like I had with Central Valley Dentistry. They're very accommodating and caring. I get a little anxious before going into any dentist office but they made me feel so comfortable right off the bat and every person I interacted with was really friendly and it shows they actually care about their patients. I've been raving about how amazing my first appointment was with everyone. I can definitely say they've earned a patient for life. read more

I called their office as a new patient at 7 am with a missing front tooth. They got me in right away and Dr. B gave me some options to choose from and I choose to reglue the tooth for the time being. I then came back and had temporaries placed on and in a few weeks my new crowns came in. Im very happy with my 2 front crowns. Dr. B blended them seamlessly with my other veneers. Im very happy with his practice and will continue going to him for my future care. His staff is friendly and Ill be recommending CVD to my friends! read more

Dr.B is great dentist and took very good care of me. He even reached out to me personally after the procedure. Celina and Melissa did a great job at handling and on going issue I had with insurance. I was bit rude to them and I deeply apologize cause they were patient and attentive to my needs. Two thumbs up to Celina especially she did as much as she could and even kept in contact with me the times she was outside of the office. read more

Worst experience. DO NOT GO THERE!!! UPSELL, UPSELL, UPSELL! I was on hold 6 minutes to schedule an appointment. receptionist was rude and short with me. No guarantee that my teeth would be cleaned which was why I was calling. Xrays would be done first then a dentist review to discuss the "level of cleaning that I would need" and prices would be discussed. WHAT?!! I already paid for a cleaning through groupon and that's what I wanted, NOT an upsell. The groupon states I get a cleaning but they don't want to honor that, just looking for new clients to screw!! Probably a lousy dentist if they have to use groupon to get clients but I didn't think of that before. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sorry I purchased this loser "deal". If you want great service it starts with professionalism with the initial call and upfront pricing. Any body who doesn't have fixed pricing is trying to squeeze the customer to "see what they can afford". read more

When I first arrived at Central Valley Dentistry I had a lot of anxiety and a lot of dental work to be done. I've had bad luck in the past with dentists so it was hard to even get myself into a new office. But a year later and I'm so happy I started coming here. With the help of Dr. Canoza who has done absolutely beautiful work on my crowns and crown replacements, and Peyton who helps me stay on track with cleanings, my teeth have never felt or looked better. And my anxiety over coming to the dentist has really subsided because here they treat you with respect and truly want the best for you and your mouth. It's here at this dental office that I learned that going to the dentist can be a positive experience. They have helped me improve my life and relationship with my teeth and I actually look forward to going to my appointments now. I'm forever thankful to everyone at Central Valley Dentistry for their kindness, understanding and incredible work. read more

I am a new patient to Central Valley Dentistry. I was able to get an appointment for my routine cleaning within days of calling them. The day of my appointment I was greeted by the staff and taken back within minutes of my arrival. The X-ray tech was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. 2 types of X-rays were taken. The dental hygienist was again very thorough with her exam and showed me the X-rays as well as diagrams of areas that may be a concern. The cleaning process was three-fold. First ultrasonic water was used to remove plaque, then the scraping, she then used the polishing paste and applied fluoride. The dentist came in to look everything over in my mouth. She explained the X-rays and made recommendations to replace a few old fillings. That appointment could be scheduled within the week. I was very happy with my new dentist office and felt they went over and above to make my experience comfortable and informative. As an aside, I purchased anti cavity toothpaste from them and the cost was no more then I would have paid if I got it at Costco pharmacy. read more

Dr. B is by far the best dentist I've ever visited in my life. He is very nice, caring, professional, and gentle. I wish I could add another few stars. Dr. Babak Behbahani makes my trip to the dentist a pleasant one. Late one evening I had severe tooth pain and Dr. Behbahani saw me right away. I had not gone to the dentist in years because I was afraid of the pain. Dr. Behbahani took the time to sit down with me and explain that I had an infected tooth and the infection spread to two other teeth. I ended up getting three teeth pulled and two bone graphs. I felt no pain. Dr. Behbahani made sure I was comfortable through out the whole procedure. He personally even called me the next day to check how I was doing and to make sure I had no questions. I no longer fear going to the dentist. I have referred some friends and family members to Dr. Behbahani and they all had wonderful experiences. Dr. Behbahani does great work and takes the time to make sure his patients are comfortable. I will never see another dentist and I will continue to refer all my friends and family to him. Dr. Behbahani's staff also goes out of the way to make sure that I am taken care of. They are very prompt at calling back and getting me in for an appointment. Very pleasant to talk to as well. All around a comfortable experience. I am very satisfied. read more

So glad I've found this office. I've had about 5 appointments here and each appointment left me feeling clean and grateful! When it comes to procedures that COULD be done but are not really necessary, he is straight up; which is my favorite trait in a provider. Candace is my hygienist and she's top-notch. She does a great job cleaning my teeth and is very knowledgable when answering all my questions. She's also patient and never seems to be rushing through my appointments. The technology in this place is also AWESOME. Trista my Dental Hygienist was so good when she was cleaning my teeth and took the time to explain everything to me. When Dr. B came in he took some close up photos of some of my teeth that need some extra attention and walked me through how to ensure those teeth stay healthy, most of all he wasn't rushed and took the time to answer all my questions.
