They sell products on line and send out broken damages items. They won't replace or make right.

It produced 2 error codes (PE, LE) on late Friday afternoon, but he was available to come on Monday morning! After doing a diagnostic check, he replaced the pressure sensor (PE) which had been damaged by liquid detergent that slowly leaked from an overhead storage container. He also repaired the door lock (LE) and shared tips to keep the LG washing machine running smoothly. It was a bit expensive, but good value due to the quick response. I would definitely call Rob again! There's an initial fixed diagnostic fee ($75) and guarantee on work ($25), with the cost of labor and parts varying based on the extensiveness of the repair.

Rob repaired a heating element in our dryer a few minutes ago. He offered to come on the holiday, but we put if off until today. He stopped by this morning, and unfortunately did not have the part needed to repair the heating element, so he drove to Alexandria to get the part and then back to Leesburg. Rob took the time to show us what was wrong with the dryer, showed us where the old heating element was broken, and how it differed from the replacement part. He couldn't have been more professional and kind. We've had hit-or-miss experiences with repair companies over the year, but we'll be keeping Rob's business card close by, since he's the best we've seen!

Recently we had a service guy out regarding our washing machine. As I told the lady when I called to make the appointment, since day one we have done *all* the things we're supposed to for a front load washer - monthly cleaning with Affresh and wiping down the door, seal, detergent tray etc. We even opened up the machine to clean the drain pump. Yet it still smells. She said she'll send a service guy out to look at it and fix it. To start with the guy shows up and parks the truck half in and half out of our driveway despite there being a spot RIGHT there in front of the house. It would have taken him literally an extra 10 steps to do the right thing. As I answer the door I see the mail carrier pulling up and having to get out of the truck to deliver the mail. I went out to greet him and get the mail, apologizing on behalf of the Sterling Appliance knucklehead's parking. The service guy just stands there and says nothing to either the mail carrier or me. Lazy and thoughtless. Then he goes in the laundry room and after a very quick look at it, proceeds to tell me that this machine has clearly been cleaned well and they can't guarantee smells will be gone or won't return, only that he can charge me north of $800 to replace several parts today to see if that will help. I ask instead about replacing the drain pipe since that is the one thing we hadn't tried yet. He tells me he can't do that today because it would (suddenly) take a second person to pull the machine away from the wall to access the back of it. (Never mind we did that with one person to check the drain pump.) So, I'd need to pay for today, re-schedule and pay for labor for two people to come back out and that alone would run around $400 plus parts. Instead, I paid their service call fee and will not use them again because of this lazy, lazy guy. What a waste of time and money. Sterling Appliance, certainly you can hire better employees than this ridiculously lazy clown!

I reached out to B&B Appliance. They reached back out to me within 5 minutes and asked when I would like them to come. They were upfront about the cost for coming and when I said tomorrow, I was shocked to get a reply saying no problem. They said between 8:30-9 am and they arrived within that window. It took them no time to find the problem. They had to order the part and said it should be in by Thursday, and they would call that morning (today) with an ETA. True to their word a call came in early, and we were told between 11-1. Once again, they came in the time quoted. They talked with my husband for a while and discussed the type of issue we were having, saying it was not the first time they had to replace that same part in a Maytag. My husband was very satisfied with them. Rest assured if we have any future appliance problems, they will be the people we call. If you want a reliable company, who says what they are doing and takes the time to explain what happened, then call them! My husband and I are both very satisfied with the service we received. THANK YOU, B&B! Great work and Great job.

But, I'm kind of glad it took three calls before I reached someone at B&B Appliance Repair. It wasn't an emergency, but had it been, they would have been out there the next morning. Instead, the owner coordinated with my tenant, and the stove was fixed in a timely manner. The bill was sent via text to me which allowed me to stay home and tend to other matters instead of driving 60 miles to Winchester. I own a duplex which means I have double the number of appliances. I know who to call next time one needs repairing. And I'll bet anything, I'll have to call just one time.

I called up a few Appliance Repair near me and chose this company as the gentleman that answered my call was super polite and friendly. Mohammad truly heard the urgency in my voice as originally he told me he was not going to be able to be out until 3PM-5PM. (I called around 8:30/9AM) I was in such urgency as my dishwasher kept filling up with water and I had to drain it every 10-15 minutes. Mohammad truly went above and beyond as he had a appointment conflict, but push the other one back as mine sounded much more urgent. Him coming from 45 minutes away, he made it around 10:30AM, and immediately saw the issue that the inlet valve in my dishwasher is broken and needed replacement. With the repair cost of replacing that piece being almost half the price of what a dishwasher would be, I hesitated on fixing it and just replacing it completely with a new dishwasher. Mohammad gave me advice between from his expertise on what would be best and after weighing the outcome came to me having Mohammed replacing the broken piece for me. As I would have had to pay $75 for him coming out to look at it anyway. Mohammad is truly professional and understanding and made sure to help me out during such a stressful moment.

Lo and behold, the first time we ran it post "repair" it began leaking worse than ever. My husband called, they returned, called it a "major leak" and said they could not fix it. When my husband asked for a refund, they refused and, instead, suggested they return and try to replace a different part (even though previously they said they couldn't fix it) which we would have to pay for. We obviously did not want to continue doing business with them but they continued to refuse to refund us, finally agreeing to refund the $99 diagnostic fee. So basically we spent $300 to wait around twice for their 4 hour appointment time span and make our leak worse. Please remember that this is the same company as SOS appliance repair (I called the number associated with this Ashburn appliance repair on Google and verified with the person I spoke to that they go by both business names), so stay away from both if you want to avoid what we went through.
