A while back my wife and I were looking into a security system for our home. A friend who lives in Austin mentioned Jay Phipps with Central Security. His offer and explanation of the installation was much more impressive than the two others from the Waco area we had already checked with. After talking with my wife we decided to go with him and we are glad we did. Jay arrived at our home early one morning and went straight to work. He was very polite and well mannered and professional. He had our alarm system installed by noon and had cleaned up behind himself. Everything looked real good and he then took the time to walk my wife and I through every step of his work and made sure we were comfortable with arming and dis-arming the system. A few days after the install Jay called us back to check to make sure we were satisfied and ask if we were in need of any aditional help. A couple'a weeks later our next door neighbor called Jay and had him install an alarm system for them, based on how well ours worked and our impression of Mr. Jay Phipps. My house was broke into so I was in the market to get a security system. Was worried I wouldn't have the security that would make me feel safe for a low price, but I found JUST that! I had very little knowledge about security until now thanks to Jay from Central Security walking me thru everything. He was so helpful and patient with me, he explained everything, and was upfront about the LOW pricing from the gate. I even had to call him for a service call 6 months later and he didn't even charge me a dime! The best part is I signed NO CONTRACT and pay month to month. I have had service with you for quite some time now and not only have you moved my equipment around but you don't charge a dime for all the extra work you put in...This guy sounds like an idiot! First of all, I'd like to say that I've known of this company for a few years now, and I work in the Austin area so I am extremely familiar with their service. I always knew that no matter when I bought my home, no matter where it was, I would call Central Security. The equipment is easy to use, the system is a breeze to manage and Jay is awesome at taking the steps of teach the free app that you can control your system remotely. What can I say is that he is courteous and very knowledgeable about the equipment he is installing. I informed him about my recent break in. I was concerned about a certain area in my home and he insured me that I will have no problems that he suggested that I add an additional hidden camera. Wow! Everything works great!
