Whats with all these human hair!
    Kevin L.

I spent over four-grand on my dream build machine. Just received it, and there's human hair all over the PC. What the heck!! This is so gross, and unprofessional!!!

$700 in and these drives are as slow as 10 mb per second taking 10 hours to transfer 90gigs

I was sold bad ssd drives, when I brought them in, they tested the speed and confirmed they were slower then even non ssd drives they told me to deal with Samsung

Repair service rates as of 12-13-2023. Very reasonable!

I needed the following new components updated in my PC build. I got them online and needed them installed. I already had Windows 10 Pro. Motherboard CPU Air cooling fan Power supply I called around to various places on Yelp and was quoted an installation price for each part. It was wildly expensive and cost more than the sum total of the components! I was referred to Central Computers by a coworker and gave them a call. The price they quoted for the work seemed fair and I dropped off my PC and components that day. They have a first come, first serve system and they said my build would be completed in 5 to 7 business days. For something as precious to me as my PC, this seemed very reasonable since it has a lot of wiring and it's something I wanted done right. They actually under-promised and over-delivered because it was done 3 business days later!! I don't assume that this is the case in every scenario but props to them efficiency. Their quality customer service was stellar, from my initial phone call to my pick up. During their building process, they identified my online-purchased motherboard as being dead on arrival from Newegg.com. They had the same motherboard for almost the same price in their inventory and I said to proceed with the replacement. Norm with the CP team also identified that I needed more DDR which they had in stock and I saw he was right. We made that upgrade without any hassle. All in all, had I tried to do this build myself and installed my faulty online motherboard, I would've been stumped for days wondering what happened and being extremely stressed. (Newegg.com accepted my return and provided free shipping which was a seamless process). The Central Computers Manager, whose name I didn't catch, was extremely helpful, and appeared like he coordinated his team with respect and ease. We tested my PC when I picked it up and I felt an immense sense of gratitude for their good work. I wanted to thank whomever worked on my build, so the Manager was kind enough to point out the gentleman who worked on it, and I was able to convey my thanks. I will be back for any upgrades and also recommend checking out CP's existing PCs for sale inside the store. Customer service: 10 out of 10 Inventory: 10 out of 10 Workmanship: 10 out of 10

Was in the area today so I stopped in. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked if I needed help with anything thing? I said no, just looking. (Honestly I was like a deer in the headlights as I know nothing about computers) as I walked around I saw some high end computer components or as us gear heads call it.. eye candy. As I looked around the store I found that they had an Apple accessory Isle and I spotted a Apple Watch charger for $10 that apparently I just couldn't live without because I bought it. ;D Overall this business seemed very low key, friendly, and the prices seemed fair.

Located literally a block away from the freeway, this location. Also makes it convenient to get on and off if you ever need to go towards the Peninsula or the South Bay. Because it is a retail store, the services are vast and the value can range from medium to higher price points. It has everything from Home entertainment, to appliances, to computing. Literally, it has tech everywhere. This place will get you and your wallet in trouble, if you're not careful, lol. Finally, this is one of the last locations in the Bay Area that actually has a car/ auto installation bay. Meaning anything from speakers, car radios, and even alarms can be installed here. Although, it doesn't have a full staff working regularly in the installation space. The team that does work regularly, are very competent and professional. I do wish, at times, they could be a little bit more engaging. Especially, to customers who are unfamiliar with what the installation entails. but the rest of the store is fantastic and very friendly. As I stated earlier, it's one of my favorite locations to go to, and I will continue to go here if I'm in the area. Heck, I will drive out of my way to go here. Haha.

There's a super big parking structure with plenty of parking (on the Friday evening that we went). Super impressive to see this Target from the outside with the escalator and the Bullseye dog statue at the bottom floor. Someone left a shoe box there and he's not the cleanest since he's scuffed, but still cute to look at. There's also an elevator and an escalators and even an escalator for your shopping carts too. Super large and well stocked Target. The Valentine's Day section wasn't ransacked even though it was Valentine's Day itself. Bouquets were cheap and looked really nice too. There's lots of self check out and cashiers, as well as a Starbucks too, pretty standard for most Targets. I found the newly released Monster energy drinks that I have been searching for for months. Not super cheap, but decent price and I'm just happy I found them. They also have a dedicated Disney section which I have never seen outside of the locations near the parks in SoCal, which is really neat. Solid Target location.

The modern setup with huge parking garage is unique/spacious and much better than other Target locations in the area. You can walk up the stairs/use elevator/or escalators. Inside the store is a huge sit in Starbucks with beautiful natural window lighting and great views. You won't find many Target stores with a big and beautiful cute Starbucks for you to hang around inside. There's always plenty of tables and chairs here. Cashiers are helpful if you talk to them. The store's layout is massive/very open and airy to walk around inside. My favorite is usually the household items/groceries/outdoor patio furniture items. There's always a lot of inventories on displays here. Checkout lanes are good/lots of visible lanes to choose from. Target prices on goods and products selections are still very good in this current economy. Not sure if people can feel the value of having a very good Target store in their neighborhoods, but this place doesn't disappoint. You can even walk to downtown Sunnyvale m/AMC theater/Whole Foods/restaurants/etc. I feel very safe walking around here. Best of all, this Target is one of the cleanest of its kind. Modern impression is good.

Alfredo Villagomez was assigned as my point of contact. Prior to project payment, communication was prompt and responsive. During installation, I was advised to order more materials than needed (speaker wire, RG6 cables, power conditioner) as a precaution, with the clear assurance that any excess would be returned and refunded by Best Buy. Following completion, I personally returned all excess materials to the store, exactly as aligned with the Magnolia team. Fast forward to today -- it has been over 7 months and more than 15 calls, emails, and messages, with zero response or resolution. Alfredo has effectively gone completely unresponsive. I was advised to escalate to his manager, Austin Nicholson, but it has now been 2 months since escalation with still no acknowledgment or follow-up. This reflects serious organizational and accountability issues. At a minimum, excess inventory should be flagged in their systems -- yet no action has been taken. What's most concerning is the complete lack of ownership or effort to reconcile the issue. This is the first time I've experienced a large national retailer effectively keeping a customer's money without explanation or response. Very disappointing experience from a brand I expected far better from.

Edit: The business owner replied saying that my job was on May 29, 2024, which is completely false. I wasn't even at the Bay Area during that time. Either he intentionally mixed me up with someone else or simply made up the story. Apparently, I have no point of making up a negative review if being satisfied as the customer, but the business owner has full motivation to respond to negative reviews by making up stories when he cannot reasonably dispute it, and it seems he has been doing it for many other reviews as well.

I began my search on Google for some traditional wedding/religious furniture and paraphernalia. Some links proved to be useful, some not so much and some proved to be online vendors that mislead you! Then I sent an 'S-O-S' group email to all the Indians I know. Lo and Behold, I was told to drive up and down El Camino Real between Mtn View and San Jose for things on my list. Of course, while it was simple to do so, I didn't quite find the things I wanted. So, I stopped and asked the family that runs 'Komala Vilas' in Sunnyvale. God bless them, for they pointed me to Kumud Electronics..........and magically, I found almost everything I need to set up and decorate the wedding stage. I found the traditional Chowkis (these are lil stools on which one either places the god's idol, or those offering prayers too sit on), I found the 'kalash' (a small pot that is essential to any ritual), I found string flowers, and so many more puja essentials. Of course, the store is a bit pricey, quite a bit pricey, but if you get what you want.....you forget the price tag and walk away feeling happy. I took my Preeti mixie in for repair to replace a broken coupler last week. He initially - HONESTLY - told me it would take a few minutes to repair and would cost me $15. I stepped out for a minute and when I returned, he claimed that actually it would take him THREE DAYS TO REPLACE THE COUPLER and cost me $45 !! Then when I agreed to this nonsense (I really needed a mixie), he pointed to a crack at the very bottom of the mixie and claimed that he could not guarantee that the mixie would not break while he was replacing the coupler. Get this -- he claimed that my mixie might break due to a small crack near the base of the unit while he changed the coupler. TOTAL RUBBISH. I wonder if this is a trick he routinely uses -either threatening to break stuff or actually breaking stuff brought in for repair, so that we would be forced to buy a new one from him ! All this guy had to do was the unscrew the coupler and replace it with a new one ... he didn't have to open the mixie blah blah blah as he claimed. I feel CHEATED and made a fool of. His initial estimate that it would take a few minutes and $15 to fix was right. DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR REPAIRS -- he is not honest or truthful. I am not sure where all the positive repairs are coming from, but this place ripped me off (he sold me a brand new mixie for $90 because I was dumb enough to not do my own research BEFORE I went to his store and he wanted to make a steep profit).
