The total was almost $200 to replace his screen. They got it done within 24 hours, which was great! I did NOT get the insurance because there were an insane amount of loopholes where the store wouldn't be responsible for fixing it again....and again, I read all the negative reviews that said not to do the insurance. It has now been about 3 weeks and THIS GIANT HOLE happened. Yes, my son is 7 but there is no way an iPad screen should break like this. This was obviously a mediocre fix with horrific quality materials. So, now I'm out $200 AND have to pay to replace the entire device anyway. I am extremely unhappy with the services at this location.

Sean was very friendly and cordial in diagnosing my issue over the initial call. Texted him pictures of the screen problem and he ordered the part right away. He and his partner then came out to replace the screen upon receiving the replacement from LG. They were very professional and took great care working around my living room and meticulous in their work. Sean and his company are a gem in this industry. Most major appliances and electronics company after sales and warranty repair channels are notoriously terrible and can be a nightmare to deal with. I can say this experience single handedly restored my confidence in LG TVs. LG should feel very proud and reward their repair shops as good as Sean's as he's a great asset to have which reflects to LGs overall customer service reputation.
