You honestly can't get anything close to these drinks anywhere near and dare I say the bay included because they make it all from fresh (including fresh fruit juices, boba balls, jellies, etc) and you can really taste the quality and love they put into every drink they make. While I do have my favorites (in both Vietnamese coffees as well as fruit juices), I actually haven't had a drink I didn't like - and I buy a lot of different drinks each week, sometimes even ordering with delivery during the week in gallon size quantities because we are that hooked! We absolutely love the lihing drip they make in the summer and put on some drinks that we buy it on the side in a tub!! They've also on occasions had some food items that have been very tasty. Keep in mind they don't always have food on their menu but when they do you should consider yourself lucky to catch it and take it as a sign to go for it!! You won't be sorry! The customer service is stellar with the owners Kat & Sam who are consistently friendly, accommodating and really get to know their customers, you can tell they put their heart into what they do. I love that they offer their customers to try things before committing (although who are we kidding, anything you taste I'll bet you'd like!) These boba baes and everything they do are definitely worth the hype, so I suggest you hop on board and grab you some... and don't forget the BALLS!!!

Review #1,064 Posted on 6.4.26…read more We came here for dessert after dinner on Friday night the 29th. This spot is located on Naglee right next to Kid's Care Dental. I wasn't sure if this was a chain or not, but looks like it's not. It's got its own unique style of stuff and ways of serving ice cream. 100% the way to go is to get the 4 flavor sampler for $9.75, the scoops are basically normal size. My favorite ice cream I tried was the Taro Mochi, it had little chunks/bits of chewy mochi in it, so good. They've got a countertop to sit at with connect 4, tic tac toe, and other games to play. This place is awesome, will be back for sure.

Everything I tried here was incredible, and my wife loved all the dairy free options. The cotton candy and bubblegum ice creams were some of the best I've had, the cookie butter cream soda float is great and creative, but my favorite are their shakes- same with my wife. I tried white chocolate cookie butter, oreo, and my favorite was chocolate, but they were all really good. Anyway, the last 2 times before my last visit, on their regular shakes, and on the dairy free also, something was off. I've seen other reviews mention this recently. For us, both times they tasted too milky. We hoped it was just a fluke. Our last visit we decided to get ice cream, and it looks like if I go into too much detail they will try and get this removed. I wonder how many other reviews they've done this for? Tthe ice cream was pretty good, but it didn't hit the spot like it usually does. Also dealt with a very rude and unprofessional employee- first time I'd seen her there. All the other employees there have been very friendly and professional. I probably won't be returning, but I think 3 stars is fair. I don't know if they changed their process, made ingredient changes, or if employees aren't making things correctly, but there's been a drop off in quality and customer service.
