She never for once made a statement that showed she believed anything I complained about. She kept insinuating that it was in my head and the employees did not engage in unprofessional behaviors. I told her that if she does not have camera with sound on it then she cannot verify if what I am saying is wrong. She was not there and did not go through what I went through. I have never felt so uncomfortable before in my life and I did not deserve to be mocked and made fun of. All I did was come in for mammogram and was humiliated and used for amusement. Instead of staff working they were preoccupied with socializing and fraternizing. This is unacceptable and management should worry about retraining their staff and maybe employing more professional ones. Instead they don't feel their staff is wrong in anyway and think the customer is the problem! I was not happy with the conversation that Nora had with me and as a manager she is not going to do anything to rectify the situation. Instead she called to offer an insincere apology and told me that she is sorry I felt that way I did. Do better! Pls. Unacceptable!

No courtesy at the front desk, they don't really care about YOU. 1) The MRI Tech (Annie) does NOT follow the "sterile glove" policy; she grabbed a handful of gloves from the box, picked a couple, shoved the remainder BACK into the box, they all fell out, onto the unclean table; then put them BACK into the box! 2) She "accidentally" jabbed me in the forearm - with the needle; nowhere close to the area she prepped; then still continued to use that same needle to inject my arm (I stopped her!), she then acted like this treatment was normal! 3) The Manager (Sylvia) did not care and acted like all of this was no big deal as well! Any of these are reason to NOT go to this location! There's so much more to add... but this is the short version! DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!

Went into the office to make sure they received the films this past Monday and it is now Saturday with no responses. When you call the number in Wylie, you are transferred to a contact service and you wait anywhere from 20-30 minutes for them to answer. Very frustrating and wish I had another choice to go somewhere, Baylor doesn't accept my insurance for mammograms. I understand there are office policies and such, but this office is slow to respond and does not answer their phones.

I had the strangest experience there and probably the most surreal and uncomfortable situation at…read morean imaging place I've ever encountered in my life yesterday. I had to reschedule my first x-ray appointment in Wylie because their equipment had broke down and they were able to reschedule me in Allen the same morning. When I checked in, the lady I worked with was in the far left corner and she was very polite. I had mentioned to her. I did not fill out the online check-in information and preferred to fill out paperwork and she said no problem. When I returned the paperwork to her, I mentioned to her that my birthdate was wrong. I then noticed the lady on my right. (Her name was Coy) spoke under her breath out loud and said ,"If you had filled out the online application, you would've noticed that." It was very flippant remark and with a snippy tone. She was working with another patient and I was taken back by what she had just done and I decided to speak up and advocate for myself, and I said, " Did she just talk under her breath about me ?" to the lady in front of me. And then Coy spoke up again said," oh I didn't mean to hurt your feelings," in which I then replied," you have not hurt my feelings, but you're behaving in a very unprofessional manner, and I can't believe you would be checking out this patient beside me and also be talking under your breath about me which has nothing to do with you." She tried to defend herself and I just walked away and sat down and waited for my x-ray. Once I'm called back, Tricia takes me back to the x-ray room and as she's getting things ready there's a knock on the door and Tricia opens the door and isn't surprised to see Coy at the door and let's her in. !!!!!!!!! Mind you I feel like I'm in a movie right now. It's the craziest thing! I look at Tricia. She doesn't look surprised and is avoiding eye contact with me so I'm thinking to myself, "Had Coy asked permission from Tricia to allow her to corner me in the x-ray room to talk to me again about the situation up front? It was crazy. Coy starts apologizing to me and states that I've misunderstood and she had no bad intention. I'm still freaking out that this is even happening and I look at Coy and I tell her that I didn't appreciate her talking about me under her breath when she wasn't even the person checking me in or taking my payment and she kept talking over me and she wouldn't let me finish my sentence. Tricia, the x-ray tech was just watching not doing anything about it not telling Coy to go away not protecting me as a patient and I finally had to raise my voice and tell Coy to get out of the room so I could get my x-rays completed. It was absolutely bizarre and frightening at the same time and I couldn't believe Coy had gone from the front desk to the x-ray room to talk to me about this when I'm trying to get an x-ray. I was so shaken up. It was very hard for me to go through the next 15 minutes of x-rays. I was so upset. I was on the verge of tears. It was horrible. I spoke to the manager Lauren afterwards and she was very kind to listen to my experience and she assured me that they would be escalating this to upper management and it would be taken care of. I have not heard from their office yet, but I hope this never happens to anyone else. It was truly traumatic and it made no sense.

Was referred for CT scan 5 days ago following blunt chest trauma. Chest X-ray showed 5 fractured…read moreribs. CT scan was done to rule out other injuries. Standard of care for results of trauma CT is 15 minutes. It has been five days and still no report. The only thing I got out of them was that they thought that I might have cancer on the abdominal CT, then nothing in spite of numerous calls. I had an abdominal CT in 4/24 at the hospital a block away. I told them that they needed to compare the two CTs. They did not think that it was in their job description to do the comparison. With my 5 rib fractures, I had to drive to the hospital, wait for them to burn a CT, take it to Hunt and wait for them to copy. Now, five days later, I am still waiting for results and concerned about the possible cancer diagnosis. The staff was courteous, but the radiologist(s) were lazy and negligent.

The gentleman, shook my hand and introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. He really cared. It was just such a high-quality place the Type of Care this place gives you is amazing and then to get your results and they go through it with a fine tooth comb and they tell you about each part of it and give you diagrams to touch and learn about what's going on highly recommend this place. This is my 2nd go-round (technically 3rd) at the Women's Imagining Center…read more I had a 3D mammogram done here a year & 1/2 ago. I needed to return for a second exam that visit. The phone call requesting a return visit provided a few days of angst, but all ended up well. Here I am again this year. The reception, check in & practitioners have been fabulous on all visits. My practitioner even remembered me from 18 months ago.....Wow! There is PLENTY of room for family members or providers to accompany you on your visit. There is coffee and magazines. I had to fill out one set of paper-docs for my DEXA. They have switched to pretty cool electronic check in docs for a mammogram. They hand you an iPad, you check some boxes & viola. Once it's time for your exam, clients are taken to a changing area with keyed-lockers to store your items (Thank You from single gals everywhere!) They have these 1/2-length, cape-style garments for mammograms which make it a little more convenient to hit those poses for the squish. There are also some longer more traditional hospital-like garments with sleeves for other exams or mobility/modesty issues.....don't be shy....get your mammogram cape on! You're a self-care super hero for being there. Once changed, clients remain in a separate waiting area until their exam. When you are done, collect your things from the locker, change & you're done. Don't forget to leave the key!! The mammogram sincerely not that bad at all. I'm not sure why there are so many stories of super-squishy pain. That hasn't been my experience(s). ** Do not wear garments with metal from the waist-down for DEXA....get your yoga pant day on ladies! On the day of the mammogram, do not apply lotions, creams or deodorant. I remember seeing personal wipes last year. I didn't see those this year. If you have to work or run around before your appointment, I think applying deodorant & bringing wipes would work out well. I saw a few ladies that use canes. I did not see anyone that used a wheelchair. Regardless, I have no doubt that they facilitate exams for anyone with mobility issues. No excuses! Get your exams done. If not for you, do it for your family and all the ladies (& men!) diagnosed in the time since your last exam! Best of health to all.......
